First and foremost if I could leave no stars I would. Anthony was very rude, racially profiled me, attitude was nasty. My car was supposed of Been tooken care of at 9am it’s been there since 8:37am. I had made a claim with my warranty, he also told me he was going to call and make one as well. 11:30 I was told my car would be next for a diagnostic test. I got off work expecting my car to be ready, it was not he told me to pick it up tomorrow. I asked was the claim filed he said no. So I headed up to Firestone, So I can have a in person conversation. He was nothing but rude, walked away while I was talking to him. Went and got my keys and said “my boss said you have to go somewhere else to get your car fixed”. I was going to do that anyhow just off the strength that his attitude was terrible. I asked to speak to his boss he ignored me and started playing on the computer. I feel if I was a man I would have never gotten treated in that manner. He has no customer services skills. A claim could have got filed, but instead I got told come tomorrow. This has the best experience ever! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jeremy took the time to explain the process completely. Chris was wonderful and informative. The young man who worked on my car took the time was nice.

Called in to make an appointment for servicing and to check a tire firestone mounted around a year prior. My tire started leaking a couple psi every week and needed to be refilled regularly. The technician over the phone assured me they would look at the tire and check for any damage. He clearly told me the inspection would be free, but if he saw any road damage(i didnt buy their warranty) they would charge me. Otherwise, if it was leaking from the mounting surface they would repair it free of charge, because they warranty their work. When i arrived the tech/manager i talked to absolutely refused to look at the tire without charging me. He even wanted to up charge me just to look at it. I also had to wait an extra 1hr after my appointment time for them to start working on my car. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They are slow and will lie to you over the phone.

The service was for 2 tires to be mounted and balanced which took over 3 hours to complete. I had a reserved schedule for 3 pm and didn't leave till close to 7 pm. I also noticed after leaving that one tire was missing a valve stem cap and mounted with the inside tire wall facing out. Of course the tech tells me, Oh it's fine. Looks like I have mix n match tires on because it's a different pattern on the inside wall than the outside (look at pics and also notice the white goo). The service took extremely too long and my vehicle is used for my business and I don't feel as though this location took that seriously! Also their service has gone down within the past 2 years!

Very polite and kind staff, I thought something was wrong with my brakes, I brought it in, they did a thorough check and determined that the sound was probably something caught in my brakes but that they all looked fine now. They could have taken me to the cleaners but they were very upfront and honest. I will definitely be back!

I've always been a customer with Firestone since the 1980s when there was a store near Erieview Plaza, Cleveland, Ohio. I could drop my car (my Mustang, my baby) off in the morning, go to work and it would be ready when I got off in the evening. Never a problem. It just so happens, this time my normal mechanic whose shop is on the Westside was too busy to service my Jag (my new-to-me baby). I'm sure you know Jaguar no longer services its older model Jags. I did a google search and found this Firestone, not too far from my home. I was ecstatic to do business again with a company I trust! They took me in same day and got me back up in no time. Extremely pleased. Jeremy and Chris are the utmost professionals.

Great help from Jeremy zink helped my car and the managers and co workers on fixing my car and getting done asap. He was urgent to talked and helping me this is Carl with the Chrysler 5th Ave and car in good shape! THANK YOU!!
