Take 5 Oil Change

I went today & as soon as they seen me pull up they came outside & greeted me & gave me a bottle of water then took care of me right away. They were fast & very respectful with positive attitude. thanks to angel & his co worker (forgot his name) you guys were awesome thanks for giving me a great service! God bless you guys.

The manager Joe was great. He was sufficient and knowledgeable with his work. On a busy Saturday morning being the only person there he rocked the house he got cars in and out never expressed one bit of being overwhelmed and thanked everyone for waiting patiently. If that isn’t great customer service then I don’t know what is. Being the only tech Saturday morning for about a hour to two hours you couldn’t tell. Store manager Joe keep giving service with a smile as you do regardless of the situation. Have a good day

The technicians at Take 5 Oil Change Solon, never let me down! That's why I go there exclusively. Over the past 12 years or so, I have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work gentlemen, it's greatly appreciated!

Nate (with the beard-I hear there are two) was wonderful! He helped me understand how often I need to have my oil changed. Had all my levels checked and topped off. Take 5 always has consistent top-notch service. I've been a customer for many years.

The manager and assistant manager are awesome and helped me with my needs (oil change) and they were extremely personable and polite. Will definitely be continuing to bring my car to them.

I had a five star experience getting my Oil changed at Take 5. The gentleman at this establishment gave me exemplary service. While waiting in line, I was handed a bottle of water to my surprise and when it was my turn to be serviced, Alex was very caring and knowledgeable about my car and various services. I would definitely recommend the take five oil change on Northfield in Bedford. Great job guys!

I went on a Tuesday late afternoon (around 4p) and waited far too long (more than an hour). They did say when I pulled in the wait would be “20-25 minutes.” Despite having two bays and at least four people working, they were only taking care of one car at a time and the work was incredibly slow. I have had good experiences at other locations, but I won’t be returning to this one.

Great service, quick, and reasonably priced. Got a bottle of water while they servjced my car. Great peer checking on oil plug and leakage. Checked air pressure, air filter and topped off wind shield fluid. Will definitely come back. Strongly recomemd this place.

Poor service, kept making me switch sides just to get other cars in when all I came for was air and top off. Waited almost 2 hours before one of the employees (Nate) Carelessly offered to get the other cars to pull back so I can pull out instead of servicing me. by far the worse Take 5 I been to. Friday between 3-5:15 when I finally got services. most of them was wasting time.

My oil change. Was good. The customer service was OK Hey, I normally get my filter changed with my oil change and the men who were there had no knowledge of that so now I have to go somewhere else and get it changed. It does. When I normally get them both done. Together. New faces new experiences
