I purchased four new tires, got oil change, and front brakes and rotors for my older vehicle (2010). The pricing was reasonsble for all services rendered. Will be taking back for some other work that needs to be done. John was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I had a blow out on my tire I walked into MR Tire to purchase a new tire. My tire size was not in stock. The salesperson said that he would put my spare tire on. I was so relieved and appreciative.

I called to check to see if they had tires that would fit my car after having two flats at the same time. They said they did and I could bring it right in. Car was towed there and within two hours, I had four new tires, balanced, with a wheel alignment, all for an extremely reasonable price. Each staff person I spoke to was very nice and very pleasant. GREAT SERVICE , it is appreciated, Thank You 😊

I called the shop asking how much to plug a tire the gentleman who answered said 28.00 I explained that I was on my way when I arrived the gentleman became upset and argumentative that I was there despite there shop listing closing hours at 7pm. Nevertheless we finished by him saying I have no one here. Complete waste of time I don’t recommend to anyone!!!!

Had my car serviced 5/15/25 at maple heights location. according to paperwork fluids were topped off, they were not. Had this happen at a Chevy dealer as well. Don’t say you did something when you didn’t.

**Forgot to write this review, so sorry for the late post** I came in about a month ago because I was having issues my steering wheel and problems with my brakes. The manager McKulley told me I needed rotors on all tires, front and back brakes w/pads, and electrical work on my car to fix my steering wheel tightness, which came out to be $3900. My uncle who is retired mechanic asked if they checked the PSF. I told him "Yes" (which they didn't because it was empty when my uncle looked.) He suggested I take my car to another shop because he has never heard of a newer car needed that much work. I did in fact take my car else where, but not before my uncle took my car back to Mr.Tire to see if he had gotten the same response. HE DIDN"T! They told him he needed front brakes and an air filter. None of the other issues was told to him. I took my car to Midas and the store manager personally looked over my car, just like my uncle said, I didn't need ANY rotors or any electrical work. I only needed rear end brakes. He said he felt a slight tightness with my steering wheel, but that could've been because my car had no power steering fluid and or the brakes. Once he completed my brakes I didn't have any issues with my steering wheel. I paid $300. The sad part is I would've believed the mechanics at Mr.Tire and paid the $3900 solely because McKulley told me this was a "safety" issue. I never would've thought I was being lied to because they do this for a living but to feel like I was being lied to as a woman is insane. Now I wonder about all the other times I brought my car there and they over charged me for services I didn't need! I will NEVER bring my car back here and hope for the people that continue to do so they never take advantage of you.

Professional timely service. They answered my questions thoroughly and were very helpful. Salem was very patient made sure I was taken care of. Pricing is fair and the service was very reliable. Will be coming back here for routine services!

I highly recommend this Mr.Tire location. The new store manger, McKulley, is absolutely fantastic. He is well spoken, profession, and very personable. I would 100% trust sending my friends and family here, and will definitely recommend they speak with McKulley when they visit!

Terrible service was canceled twice then when I arrived on the third time, you took them all day to install four tires. The customer service desk guy was rude. The shorter woman was a better experience would not recommend.
