Would not recommend stay away incompetent mechanics charged me for work that I didn't need and on top of that the original problem never got resolved such a shame years ago they were a reliable place to take your car not today

Looking for an ASE certified car care center I decided to go to this location. I spoke with the manager Bill if they could service me and take a look at my truck he stated yes. So I decided to have them inspect my vehicle for a concern that I had the man was very nice and professional and gave me my price prior to doing any work. The mechanic inspected my vehicle was also very nice and professional I was very satisfied with the price and the time that I had to wait. I will continue vehicles services here.

I called to ask a few questions about a coupon I’ve received, specifically brakes & “Bill” was the person that answered. I recounted to Bill what I’d been told by the dealership about my car to get a second opinion & find out the cost for brake diagnostic. Bill was abrupt, rude and NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTION! He stated “we get this all of the time” and that left me confused at annoyed because he seemed more interested in being rude and abrupt than answering my questions & assisting me with setting an appointment. His entire customer service interaction was so negative it was ridiculous. I’m also meaning corporate and letting everyone that I know , know that this place is rude, aggressive and obviously does shoddy work due to hiring shoddy people. Awful experience.

Bill is rude and disrespectful. He “can” be nice but he is unprofessional. Had my luxury vehicle sitting on the street for 4 days without any work even being started on it. Lied and said he knew what was needed then turned around and blamed his receptionist not uploading information into the system properly and would call me back. Never called back, when I called him the next day (day 6 of car just sitting) he didn’t answer and texted me in all cap lock that he’s in court and stopped replying. As if I’m bothering him for inquiring about my vehicle um I would hope the people working at his building would also be able to share information about customers vehicles! Who knew the phone rang to HIM personally? Blah , picked my car up took my car 5 minutes down the road and got immediate service. Overall…Don’t trust a man with teeth falling out.

Do not go here. They have had my car for weeks with little communication. This was a 2-3 day job and now going on 3 weeks.

My car is there now a. HHR they have had it since February 6 and they doing my timing chain and water pump and they still have not fixed it I just called them I'm going up there today with the police 5220 Warrensvill center road and I gave them 1.200"$ Cash
