Although I did appreciate being given a sane appt, it didn't make up for the hassle I went thru. Short story, I was kept there for 4.5 hrs due to a problem with another customer. I was told my vehicle, after waiting for 2hrs and 19minutes was just being taken in. I was told it would be another 45 minutes. Riiiight...I was there to shut the place down. I have made several attempts to speak to the service manager to no avail. I couldn't even get the rebate for the service after the young man who took care of this assured me that he emailed me the info. Yeah, that didn't happen either. So now I have to resort to this. Perhaps I will finally get a response.

I do NOT recommend Liberty Ford of Maple Heights Service Department! My pre-scheduled 7:30am appointment came with constant text reminders only to have my vehicle sit untouched and kept overnight! The only excuse I got from my service advisor, Scott Anderson, was the technician had cars from the weekend and he couldn’t finish! Really? Why would management continue to book appointments if you don’t have adequate technicians on duty to provide the service? Day2: Scott stated, the technician found several fuse issues that needed to be addressed and the parts were available in-house and my vehicle would be available before closing. After waiting several hours and nearing closing, I called to verify the status. Scott changed his story and said the fuses needed were not in-house and had to be picked up, and my vehicle would be ready between 5:30-6:00p.m. **Please note: Scott was informed my vehicle had warranty coverage confirmed by phone with the Ford Customer Service Division Team and I had NO deductibles. I provided ALL of the paperwork and recalls for accuracy and convenience. However, upon arriving to the dealership, staff members stated Scott had already left for the day. Fast forward- The cashier tells me I owe $167! I told her to get her manager and get it straight, because I owe you nothing. She asked Bill Claypool to call Scott at home to fix his mess. Bill thought it was funny and made a joke of it, very unprofessional. (Problem) Before leaving the dealership premises, I tested my vehicle and found the button to open/lock the driver door did NOT work. ***I shared my concerns with Bill Claypool regarding the vehicle problems and he suggested I contact Scott so the technician involved could fix this problem. ***I attempted to call and left a detailed email for Scott Anderson with NO email response or call as requested in the email message. Therefore, I will NOT be returning to this Ford location. ATTENTION Liberty Ford Owners/ Upper Management: I suggest start from the bottom and fix the staff within your facility. If you expect repeat customers, you need quality staff! The employee turnover rate is visibly high. I don’t see any of the service team you had over the years. This is a sign of poor management. The owners of Liberty Ford have FAILED their customers and should think about listening to the complaints not just read them. I suggest a training session or hire staff that exhibit customer service skills and provide quality service.

If you're in the market for a new car go to Liberty Ford Southwest Parma! The amount of transparency communication and  personal yet very professional team is spot on. My hand picked sales person was Bethany I told her what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. Knocked it out of the ball park. The moment I started my inquiry the ball was rolling. I was hesitant because of what other dealership told me & tried to convince me otherwise. Not at Ford the dedication, honesty, affordability, clean, friendly ,organized , hassle free , informative team is phenomenal.  The experience was very  exceptional.  I feel like I just got a new car from a friend a family member someone I trust. My car was fine. Has only p0455 I declined the work. And picked up the car. I found alot of fault codes on it. Some of them because someone damaged oxygen sensor wiring!
