Great !! I got my passenger mirror cover taken off by a car wash. Called parts dept and very helpful, got it the next day. The Service staff very helpful and checked my mirror to make sure it was working properly. Luckily, I only needed the cover. They even offered to install when it came in. And I didn't buy my Mazda this dealer. I will get my maintenance and any services from this dealer. Best service experience!

Long story short: 5 years ago I took my car in to have the air conditioner in my Mazda 3 serviced and they did their inspection of everything else, too. They called to say they recommended a transmission fluid flush and replacement and I said no, I planned to do that myself. Fast forward to driving home, when my engine completely seized and the car was dead on the side of the road. I paid to have it towed home where I confirmed my suspicions that they had drained my transmission fluid, not replaced it, and therefore the car was rendered useless without thousands of dollars in repairs. Video is of taking out the plug to see that, sure enough, there wasn't fluid left in. Photo is of the inspection report showing my transmission fluid levels were fine. The service manager initially implied I was dumb, then admitted fault, then backtracked and said "but you mentioned you wanted to get a new car anyway" we if he was doing me a favor. I now drive Toyotas exclusively and my entire family has stopped buying Mazdas. They broke my care entirely and then their follow up afterwards was total trash.

I feel like I got fair pricing and honest assessments. They were slow and not the best at communicating but they were short staffed due to illness so its understandable.
