Taylor and the service team were very thorough in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. Bringing to my attention work, that needs to be done to keep my vehicle in top condition. If you own a Chevy, I recommend Taylor at Andersons.

Took my car here for a check up. They gave me a Shuttle Bus home so I didn't have to wait. The waiting area is spotless and they offer you all kinds of goodies. As long as you have your phone who wouldn't mind waiting. The car was making a ticking noise but they said it was nothing to worry about. Sure hope they're right

Called and spoke with Hector inquiring about the 2022 tahoe they just listed with a TOTAL Vehicle price Price of $55895 plus tax and fees. Scheduled an appointment for today, completed and was approved for finance, and was all set to buy. When i called to confirm, "Brandi" another salesperson, said "did anyone tell you about the additional $5000 dealer mark up?" No they left that part out. Hector said to read the fine print, which I did and nowhere is the "markup" stated. Then he stated hes in the business to sell cars, not to advertise????. This is FALSE advertising plain and simple. My wife and I have purchased 2 new vehicles there in the past 15 years without any issues. I can appreciate pandemic related supply issues, but bait and switch advertising, and or blatantly false advertising should not be taking place. Too bad, it used to be a reputable dealership
