Aaron Chevrolet Service Department

Returning a dirty vehicle to a customer after 2-3 weeks of “service” is unprofessional. The service technicians and/or managers should be certified to work on ALL Chevrolet models. Last thing I expected was my husbands Corvette to be returned unwashed with missing clips and dangling parts. After a week of no word, my husband called in and another week passed and the technicians asked him what was wrong with the car. Shouldn’t they be the ones to determine that? Then another week until the car was returned, and upon arriving home, there are still issues that weren’t addressed. The car is hard to get under to work on, which is why he took it in, yet still has to squeeze back under it to complete the work. Sad!

I had no appointment going into the dealership but I was seen nearly right away. Faisal helped me out with a warranty fix on my 2023 Bolt. He was very transparent throughout the whole process. The fix was completed within two days. Overall great customer service and knowledgable technicians.

Follow up to last week's poor review: l took my car back to Aaron Chevrolet to have the fluid levels checked and to clean the greasy fingerprints on the inside of the car. They got right on those, fixed them up quickly, and even checked the sprayers for the windshield washer fluid. One of those was clogged and they fixed that too. The Service Manager made sure l was happy. Thank you, Mark.

Horrible, worst experience with any kind of car shop by far. 3 weeks to change out a shifter cable and charged me 200% markup on the part installed. Refused to check my brakes due to a line that had broke and I had a coupler on it as a temp fix. I asked if they could replace all the brake lines then and they said no. They gave me back my Corvette with no brake pressure at all, with a dead battery and had been left outside for 2-3 weeks with the window down and layered in dirt. I had to jump start the car myself and add brake fluid to at least get me home for me to try to fix myself, to replace the shifter cable the technician usually has to take a part of the center console dash off which I had already removed because i had to manually shift the car by tugging on the broken cable and they replaced the cable yet left the dash and center console off and in my passenger seat.. I have never seen that kind of customer service before. 3 weeks they had the car while I was renting a car for work and getting rides from others just to have my car sit outside in the dirt and get neglected . It's not a new Corvette and is 2006 model but that shouldn't matter it is my car and I didn't appreciate it at all

Working hard to give dealers a good name!!! Until I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Colorado 2.8L diesel to Anderson Chevrolet, I think that I had forgotten what good, honest, prompt, and courteous service was. I've had several service appointments now and everyone I encountered was exceptional. The level of service at this dealership is like nothing I have experienced previously anywhere in or near the 92595 ZipCode. From what I have experienced at this dealership, they do the job once and do it right. If there are legit questions/concerns post service, Anderson responds quickly and make things right. I can be a challenging customer at times. Anderson has always listened, investigated, and resolved any issue or concern on my part. Anderson Chevrolet is working hard to give dealers a good name!
