Aaron Chevy is undoubtedly one of the top GM dealerships in Southern California. After reaching out to around 12-15 dealerships for same EV, they offered me one of most competitive pricing with a clear, efficient process. Ignacio, my salesman, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Anthony, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to explain all the details about rebates. I communicate and did almost all of the negotiation stuff through the phone and they confirm that the price would be the same when I come in. Transparency is big for these guys and I like it. Everything was exactly how we set it up from the phone. The car is beautiful. We ran into some roadblocks during the process with other small stuff, but the team was incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I could pick up the car the following day without any issues. A special mention goes to the finance manager, Ariel Ortiz, who made the paperwork process seamless. He was very professional, efficient, and took the time to explain all the financing details, ensuring I felt confident in my decisions. This was my fourth GM car, and this dealership experience has been the best by far. Definitely going to be their customers for years to come.
