Jiffy Lube

I had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube in Lake Elsinore and this was a very different customer service experience than I have had before at other locations. The Manager, patiently And with a smile, answered all of my questions! Give this place a try next time you get your car serviced, it will be your new go-to. BTW, they also offer additional services like brakes and wiper replacement!

They did my oil then forgot to put my skid back on. And when I left I dragged it all over the road tearing it up until I returned. Then the crew blamed it on me for faulty clips and hardware. It’s wasn’t faulty when I arrived. Not even an apology. For the mistake. Then told me I had rat shit in my cabin air cleaner. Turns out to be bees from a swarm I was in and they got into the car and died. Never will I go back there again.

Not sure if they completed the oil change…, they didn’t pull out the dipstick when they were complete to show me the clean new oil. Also, didn’t reset the service notification in the dash, it still says maintenance required. It’s a fleet vehicle so it’s not mine… but I would question their reliability if I was Enterprise.

Came in for a routine oil change...transmission flush was recommended so I returned to get that taken care of.....long story short another issue arised during this which caused quite a delay.....but.... Jason is a stand up dude...corrected the issue and ultimately I left a satisfied customer. All the gentlemen that work here are very professional, polite and have exceptional customer service. I would most certainly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. Thank you Jason and Joaquin for the service you provided and getting the issue resolved.

Best Jiffy Lube I've been to. Extremely clean, super friendly customer service. I normally hate getting my oil changed, but everyone made it nice and easy, plus super quick. Went over a few things and I was off. New oil change spot for sure,. Let the pros handle it. Never doing my own again.

Over the years, I have consistently utilized this establishment for my automotive needs. However, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with recent experiences. As a woman with limited knowledge of cars, I trusted the establishment to provide me with an oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement. I had requested that they inspect my tires due to persistent low tire pressure notifications on my dashboard. Unfortunately, later that day, my tire popped, necessitating the replacement of a brand-new tire. While driving home on the freeway, the skid plate fell off, indicating an improper installation. Upon returning to the establishment for repairs, the only response they offered was an apology. This incident has left me deeply unsatisfied, as I feel unsafe coming here. The establishment disregards the safety of both myself and other drivers. Despite spending nearly $300 on their services, I have decided to no longer be a customer to this establishment. Wish I could give them a zero star.

Del, assisted me with my car issues. I let him know my car was getting hot when I turned on my air conditioner. He immediately checked my radiator fluids and saw that I has almost no fluid. He put radiator fluid and checked to see if I need any other fluids. My car has worked fine since. As suggested I will be back to get my radiator flushed and will certainly ask for Del Great service and great customer support.

Cost of service was much higher than what I was quoted. Unhappy that cashier did not go over any options, levels of service or specials. He automatically charged me for the highest service available. He was very short, unfriendly and did not make any eye contact once. As a woman being taken advantage of is very disheartening. He also installed the incorrect oil for my vehicle and tried to justify that when I questioned that while paying. A male customer came in after I did and he explained everything to him in great detail, different service offers and levels. I was extremely displeased. I was informed my oil change would be 15-20 minutes and I was there for over an hour waiting. At least give a professional courtesy and give an honest estimate of time to complete oil change. 1. I will not return to the Lake Elsinore Jiffy Libe. 2. I will report on Google and the BBB.

Great Service! Jason and his team are fantastic! Honest, reliable and dependable. I've had at least 4 of my personal cars serviced here and one company car. Tires, Brakes, Rotors and Oil Changes. Fair prices and they don't oversell services that are not needed. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Lake Elsinore!

I had my brakes replaced, rooters and all! The Jiffy Lube that I took it to is right off Newport in Menifee. I was very pleased with the whole operation. Everyone was extremely professional, ,very friendly, detailed about the whole process and fixed me up in a very timely manner!
