Brake Masters Lake Elsinore

Use to be a great place been coming for 5 years now it’s not last 3 times I’ve come they forgot to replace my headlight and charged me for it. Had to drive back n ask why it was still sitting in my front seat. Another time I was pushed back 3 hrs for an oil change cuz a man came in angry about work done on his car. This time was told a price over phone then tried charge me $200 more. Be careful check your receipts and work done on car before you leave ladies. They seem to only cater to men who call them out.

I took my truck January 2025. The alignment was good. However I was advised to replace front brake pads, wheel bearings and lower ball joints for over $2,000. I went to the dealership for a 2nd opinion and was told they were all good and didn't need replacement.

I had them resurface a couple of rotors. They did great work and had them done pretty quick.

They are scamming my elderly father, every few months the brakes have to be redone, and they charge him every time. However I cannot convince my dad to go to a reputable shop. They say they are replacing rotors , when they obviously aren’t. Charging for labor they don’t do Now today he goes to get his tires rotated at a tire shop and he is told he that one lug nut is missing and 3 studs are broken. The last shop to take the wheels off was Brake Masters a fee months ago for yet another brake job…. My dad isn’t all there mentally and i cannot convince him to stop going to this shop, but hopefully now he won’t. I won’t let my kids or family in his car anymore. He could have been killed. They clearly over torqued the wheel lug nuts and didn’t even mention to him or fix the damage and let him drive off to what could have been his death…

They quickly diagnosed the issue with my brakes and provided an honest, transparent explanation of what needed to be done.The repairs were completed efficiently, and The pricing was fair. I have been going to the shop for about 13 years now and I have never had an issue with them. Until recent, I have been taking my 2000 Honda Accord to the shop and they took great care of me. I really appreciate the fact that they would give me straight answers without beating around the bush. Now that I have my new car, I will continue to visit the shop Until my next new car.. If you guys really want an honest shop that will not nickel and dime you, please visit this location.

I was really taken care of from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained in terms I could understand and I felt comfortable with the evaluation and the completeness of the estimate. The work got done quickly and I was happy that they took care to let me know of the changes they needed to make to my car. I recommend then 1000% !!!!!
