Bought a battery for Harley Davidson 6.5 months ago. Took it in today and was told warranty expired...was a 6 month warranty... no offer to even pro rate it. If you don't believe in your products then niether do I... had to go buy another new battery at O'Rilley. Manager at O'Rilley said that's ridiculous...that they often override it months after warranty expiration...which is true being that I had it happen to me in the past on a car battery. I went to Autozone for the HD battery because O' Rilley was out of stock at the time. Now...I'll drive to another O'Rilley location IF needed...to avoid Autozone....unless I need some stupid stick figure family stickers.

Had AAA come and drop a new battery in my car and noticed the part holding the battery down was missing a screw so I had none at home and I was told to take it to AutoZone and Rueben was kind enough to help me put it back on. Great service Rueben! Thank you kindly
