Excellent all the way across ! Thank You ! Jaime you Rock ! Your Kindness was unmeasurable!! My car was done in good time ! The lounge I hung out in was very clean and comfortable and cozy !! All the peeps in the service department were great even that gorgeous mascot Max !! Beautiful! He just about talked me into new car !! ( just kidding) but I was thinking about it!! I’m currently living in Nevada and was visiting family in San Jose. I had a check engine warning light came on the day before I was planning on driving back. Booking an appointment online was easy. I was able to schedule to drop off my car 8am the following morning. Honestly I was pretty frustrated and stressed.. Alfred eased my nerves. He lent me a loaner car and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I got my car back and was honestly surprised I didn’t have to pay for anything because my car was under warranty. Thank you so much Alfred for providing the best customer service and making this unfortunate experience, the best possible one.

Jamie was very professional and courteous, she was very communicative and even recognized me during pickup the following day, even tho she wasn't the worker attending me. Of course, dealers tend to charge more than the independent shops and suggest additional repairs that need to be done. However, they weren't pushy when I said no to the additional services. That said, I definitely over-paid for a brake job, but the local shop didn't align with my schedule and now I know what else needs to be done. It's located very close to the VTA light rail; even though I live in Mountain View, it was cheaper for me to come here and take the train than it was to visit the Stevens Creek location and Uber home.

I have visited Capitol Mazda and have been impressed by the friendliness and desire to help with my situations. I first had a faulty thermostat and it was replaced under warranty in a timely and efficient manner. on my 2nd visit, I as having Apply Car Play installed and it turned out that I already had it. When I buy the correct cable, I was invited to return to learn how to work it so I can have music and a navigation system in my car. I appreciate all the information and immediate attention I received when visiting this dealership and will return again for servicing.

Had a great experience at Capital Mazda. I have been bringing my car here ever since I bought it in 2017 and have always been happy. This time I had Eugenia as my service writer, and she was incredible! She understood my needs and worked hard to help me get what I needed done for my car. I will continue to return to Capital Mazda as they care about their customers.

As usual, Capitol did a great job. They were reasonably priced, did an excellent job communicating updates, and completed the work exactly on the schedule promised. James was friendly, professional and took the time to answer lots of questions. I love the video sent by the technician letting me know what’s going on.

I brought my Mazda for it's first complementary oil change. There were several others in line when I arrived for my appointment. The service department started working on getting to us as soon as they opened at 8:00AM. I was given a wait time and they upheld to it. James Miller was the person to help us and his service was outstanding. He was professional and helpful. The most impressive part was I got a 40 second video informing me about my car. Anything that may need fixing and everything good about it. My oil changes are going to be scheduled with Capitol Mazda from now on. The wait time is the only thing I'm not looking forward to (2 hours).

Had a routine maintenance on a new car. So, I am not able to comment on the quality of the work, but it should be great. The people were very accommodating and communicated well. My only concern is 2-3 hours lead time even when one makes an appointment. I was not prepared to leave the car for a day. Had much better experience with timing with other service providers.

Brought my baby, 2024 CX30 for its 1st oil change & James Miller, Service Advisor promptly assisted me upon my arrival. Thanks to James & the service technician my car was ready for pickup in 45 minutes !!
