Capitol Subaru Service Center

The service attendant was very helpful when I told him I needed to learn by a certain time to get to another appointment even though it was 30 min past my quoted completion time. Not only was my car ready early enough to make my next appointment it was ready about an hour earlier. Very pleased with my service.

Went in for a oil change , tire rotation . Excellent job, I even got amazed that they washed my car from the outside and scented the inside. No one had done anything like that before . Thanks Subaru Team! I am more than pleased with my purchase and look forward in making business in the future .

Staffs are very accommodating. I did not wait for a long time. They made me stay while they did their job. It did not take much time to finish their job on my car. It’s just a diagnostic job though but they did not waste my time staying. Job well done in a timely manner. Andy Ho was very helpful too.

This is a sketchy place. I came here for an oil change. When I was told it was ready and they'd pull it around I waited 20 minutes by the door because they didn't know where my car was at. When I got in someone else's phone was paired (previously it was just mine) and there was 8 miles on the trip meter. They also didn't record the mileage-out on my receipt.

My car was scheduled for some warranty work. While there a few other issues were found. I really appreciated the thorough check my car was given to be sure it is safe for my kiddo to be in.

Called Subaru in the morning if I could get my car done for my one month overdue service maintenance. Without any delay, they agreed to drop my car for service at once. Mat was the one who received my car. He was very accommodating and very honest to tell me that it was no guarantee that it would soon finish according to my time frame, as there were cars in service that came ahead of mine. I understood, he gave me approximate time it would be done. I left and gone grocery shopping while my car was on service. Mat was texting, giving an update of the job. Then he gave a final call that my car service is done. It was great, it was done in a timely manner. Just as soon as I finished my grocery, my car is done too. Mat is great and very professional dealing with clients. He explained details of the job done to my car. It was very satisfactory experience with him, doing an excellent job. Thank you Mat and thank you all at Subaru service for doing such a great job!

I had a great experience working with Tyler, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to servicing my car. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both professional and easy to talk to, but Tyler was exactly that. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise, and I’ll definitely be going back to him for any future service needs. Highly recommended!

I was so happy with getting my Subaru’s oiled changed at the Subaru maintenance garage where I bought my Touring Outback 6 months ago. They were on time, got the pill changed and the tires rotated in the 2 hour allotted window frame. We waited in the sitting area with other customers and had great visits with them all who say they love their car. The car was covered by the extended warranty so no money out of pocket. Great job!

Brought my car here to get tires done. Subaru generally has competitive prices on tires, not anymore. Paid a lot more than I should have, and got dinged with a 3% fee on my credit card. Just a lot of nickel and diming. I went for convenience, but should just know better. I have found Fremont to be superior. Lesson learned. Quick turnaround though, so 3 stars for that.

Great service as usual from Matt at Capitol Subaru. He and I were aware that it was also time for a new set of tires along with my next service. He ordered the tires and then called me after they arrived to schedule the day and time. He also assisted me with a loaner car. My wife and I picked up the car the next morning and all service items were taken care of perfectly including my new set of tires and alignment. I always appreciate the 5 star service I receive at DGDG! See you in another 5K miles. StuG.
