By far the best dealership/ mechanic I’ve ever been to. 10/10 I will continue to come back here indefinitely. I worked with Steven he was awesome! Sent texts to update me even worked around my hectic schedule to come back second time for something else that needed fixed, I showed up with even more problems and they got that fixed too. I had a great experience with Jose my service representative. However I did not have a good experience with the tech that handled the details of repair. I had a tire that was under warranty that had a screw in it. When the car was returned to me all of the pressures were completely off anywhere from 30 to 33 to 31 and the back tire was at 34 that was replaced. Needless to say that is not up to standard of 38 on the PSI recommended by manufacturer on the inner door. However when I brought this to Jose's attention he immediately had me bring my car back in and got it taken care of very quickly. He also explained to me that I had missed my 7,500 mile servicing with rotation of tires and as a way to make up my inconvenience he went ahead and did that for me since my mileage was 1,000 over. I feel very satisfied by the follow-up of Jose as my service representative and am grateful for his attitude and professionalism. Thank you.

When I called to schedule my service I was put on hold and then they hung up on me. I then went online to schedule my appointment, which worked great. The estimate for my service was $2,100 and my final bill was $2,400 (estimate was off and they add 3% surcharge for using a credit card). When I picked up my car I drove it off the lot and felt a rattling. I pulled over and discovered the right-rear wheel had not been put on correctly. The bolts were loose and my wheel was coming off. I had to pull over and tighten the wheel myself because the service department was closed and the sales department was not helpful. I had to take my car back the next day and demand everything be rechecked. They rechecked my car, washed it, and put gas into my tank. This place doesn’t seem to be very professional and I don’t want to take my car back there. I’ll try to find another location to service my car; somewhere I can trust the work is being done correctly.

I purchased my 2018 Chevy Tahoe at Capital Chevrolet almost 7 years ago. The’ve always taken it to Capitol Chevrolet and they done a tremendous job on servicing my vehicle. My recent experience was exceptional. I had taken out an 7 year 100K extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. The Tahoe unfortunately had a major issue with the lifters and the staff lead by Joesph was able to ensure the 3rd party responsible for the extended warranty covered the cost of the repairs. I want to personally thank Joesph for his outstanding customer support and leadership. I’m exceptionally grateful and appreciative for Joesph overall management and the technicians that repaired my Tahoe.

I recently brought my truck to Chevrolet Capitol Expressway for service due to ongoing electrical issues, specifically a battery that kept discharging overnight. I entrusted the dealership with diagnosing and resolving the issue, expecting professional service and a proper repair. However, my experience was highly disappointing. The dealership kept my truck for two full days, yet after all that time, the only action taken was installing a new battery—a solution that I explicitly stated would not address the root cause of the issue. Despite charging me over $1,000, my truck still has the exact same problem as before, making it evident that little to no actual troubleshooting was performed. Not only was this an unnecessary and costly repair, but it also demonstrated a lack of thorough diagnostic work. The dealership failed to identify or address the underlying electrical issue, essentially leaving me in the same position I was in before bringing my vehicle in. I am extremely frustrated with this level of service and the waste of both my time and money. I expected a dealership of this caliber to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle rather than perform a superficial fix that did nothing to resolve the issue. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in Chevrolet Capitol Expressway, and I will not be returning for future service. I strongly urge other customers to exercise caution before bringing their vehicles here for electrical repairs, as my experience suggests a lack of expertise in handling such issues. I also request an immediate review of my case and a fair resolution, given that I was charged a substantial amount for an ineffective service.

Went to get my tire pressure sensor fix. Told them that my sensor does not read at times and that when I turn off the truck it rests and works again. They gave me back the truck saying it was fix. 5 minutes after I hit the free way the sensor go's off. Says it don't read the pressure in the tire.

They are responsive and helpful from the first phone call. When I arrived for check-in, I was greeted by Jose, who quickly, knowledgeably, and professionally assessed the situation with my 2017 Volt, explained my options and left me feeling confident. Jose kept me informed throughout the process and showed that he had my, the customer’s, best interest in mind by making sure that the available manufacturer warranty was applied, that insurance I have from Carvana applied, advising objectively about available services, and even covering my ride home expense after drop-off. Overall, excellent service! Highly recommended.
