I have received no less than excellent service at Capitol GMC. A good friendly environment. I have received clear instructions of the service my vehicle needs. Depending on the type of service my vehicle needed, the estimated time of service have always been on time. I always appreciate good honest service.

I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. The service advisor provided an estimate of $446. I inquired on why the estimate was so high. The service advisor stated because of the engine cleaning treatments. I asked if those treatments were "required" and the service advisor said they're "recommended" Recommended? I wasn't recommended anything. Instead, the additional charges were added to the estimate without any clarification on the services, or why they're recommended. This didn't sit right with me and felt sneaky. This was my first time coming to Capitol GMC. Unfortunately, I will not be returning under any circumstance

Excellent, excellent service. Everyone I spoke with at Capitol GMC was helpful and courteous. Service Technician Bryan Y went way above-and-beyond to source several parts for my 20+ year old Buick and to communicate with me what needed to be fixed, what could be fixed, and what was safe to “wait and watch” and fix only if conditions worsened in the future. I came to Capitol GMC for service and repair work after attempting to get replacement key fobs at 2 other places. The second technician who was not able to help with the fob replacement recommended I try a GMC dealer to get the work done. I thought if I was going to surrender the Buick for fob work, I might as well get the engine serviced and see if it might be possible to get a growing list of “old car” problems fixed, including a broken automatic window and a broken trunk lift. My expectations were low because previous efforts to get these items fixed were thwarted, as my independent mechanic—a great shop—could not source the necessary parts. Part sourcing was not a problem for Capitol GMC. Thanks again to Bryan Y and the mechanics who persevered and repaired all the items on the Buick’s fix-it list!
