Is my nephew recently purchased a vehicle from capital ford The transmission has worn out twice. They tried to stir me the wrong way in park's department saying I had no warranty. Warranty I purchased a extended warranty. Went inside to the finance department. They pulled up my paperwork and it showed I have. Extended warranty. This is my third time today. I am coming in now. They say my motor is blown up. They were the only ones driving at high pulled out of the driveway from capital. Lord and my check engine light came on. I have a 2017 Ford Edge. Anybody else with problems with capital Ford?

We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford). Thank you, Capitol Ford/DGDC Group, for hiring such an amazing individual who truly cares about the customer and promotes the Capitol Ford/DCDG Group in such a positive customer-focused environment.

Wayne let me know the part for my trunk will be in tomorrow and he will call me. He called 8:45 am. We got there 10:00 am he said you and the kids go relax in the lounge. The kids got hot coco and Wayne came back at 10:08 and the trunk works perfectly and we drove out by 10:09 am. Its Awesome when you have people with expertise and experience. Best car service we had. And had so much more time to get errands done and not wait at the dealership for the day. Thank you Wayne.

My 2015 Mustang GT Convertible's brakes were squealing for the past 3 months and driving me crazy, and I decided to try out the Ford Dealership and I also had a few recalls, and I am glad I did. I made the appointment online and called a few days later to go over what my appointment was for. So that was great, and my appointment was updated and was sent a confirmation text. Michael was my service technician, and he was easy to work with an had a great attitude. Michael kept we notified with any updates on the repairs throughout the day. The service department finished the repairs on my Mustang and all the recalls, and I picked my car up on the same day. There was even an additional issue with my rear window and Michael called me the next day to let me know how much the repair would be and even sent me the link for the part. I call that working above the line and you don't see that too often in Silicon Vally. Thanks again Michael for your service, I will be back.

I take my F250 here always since new in 2018. Mr. Nolan, is my adviser. Always on top of things needed and not needed. For instance I requested Trang fluid change. He said we did recently do not needed. Did make another recommendation and went with that. I’ve had a few problems with the truck as I drive so many miles per day 125+. When I did have problems I’d make an appointment usually get in the next day or about depending on availability.Always got welcomed, told about certain mileage points for services my truck needed or should be having. Hey their Ford they know better than I do. So I listen. My truck runs great almost like new. Thank you Ford what a great service team. Just broke over 200,000 miles in 5 years. But again it runs like new.

They took all day to do my brakes service 9am-6PM and gave my van back to me with a dent tried to give them a chance to be truthful but just gave me bs about how there video cameras are bad quality and that they were only able to get the left side of the van as they drove it threw the dealership they dented the right top right side of my ford transit-350 but none of there video cameras were able to catch that side of the van so no I do recommend capitol ford very shady and dishonest dealership. I took my 2017 F-150 to Capitol Ford with a major issue after spending a good amount of $$$ at another shop who couldn’t diagnose the problem after keeping my vehicle for a week. Capitol Ford diagnosed the issue right away ordered the new parts, and I had my truck back after a few days. The service agent who helped me was Zejna and she was just wonderful in communication and facilitating the repair. The whole experience could not have been any smoother. Thank you Capitola Ford and Zejna for getting me back on the road! If I have any other truck issues I will definitely be back!

With the exception of service advisor Jose, customer service here is horrible! Consistent problems every time I bring my vehicle in. Everything from speaking to me like I'm an idiot to refusing to diagnose and/or fix a problem on a vehicle they sold me! If you refuse to honor service/warranty contracts because it's a model other than Ford then you shouldn't sell them!

Took my 2024 Ford 150 for the 10K miles service. Tony my service advisor was professional and thorough. Set my expectations on service completion and followed through. The service staff were all courteous and professional. I found my go to dealer for service.
