Everyone was amazing!! Alex was my service person and he was incredibly nice and helpful. Forget the name of the person than greeted me and brought my car out when it was done but he was great too!! Really nice waiting area and dealership. To be honest I was blown away by the service. Wasn't looking forward to going there for the first time, now I'm looking forward to going back:)

Very friendly and organized staff; thorough and efficient mechanics (with some videos of them going thru the inspection of your car!); clean and spacious waiting area in the service center. I have had good experiences for regular checkups and any part recalls. Recommended!

Pulled in service line there there was a long line. Unclear if they stopped accepting appointments but the service line was packed. Service manager is great 5 star but checking in to a long packed line was not a great experience. Recommend management to manage booking times more effectively for a better experience. Excellent service at a fair price. Ali, the service rep was courteous, professional, and educated me about the service my car needed. Also, when leaving, advised me of some service I would be needing in the near future. The facility was clean and all the other employees I encountered were also courteous.

I have a 2022 Santa Fe plug in. I really do like my car very much. However making a service appointment is always a challenge. The app is limited and the service department never answers the phone. I took my car into Hyundai Wed feb5 because my tires are worn and I have less than 30k miles. They did a service on the car which cost me $1,600. Yes that amount is accurate. I was told by the service advisor that that 1600 is on the low side of a 30,000 mile service or a plug-in! I did not get new tires. I still have bald tires and they told me to call the manufacturer. Call the manufacturer and the manufacturer told me to go back to my dealer. It seems that we got a bit of finger pointing back and forth. All I want are prorated New tires.

I’m very satisfied with the service at Capitol Hyundai. From the moment I dropped off my car to when it was ready, everyone was helpful and friendly. Although I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me drop off my car, the service representative, Alex, was very accommodating. The whole process was smooth and easy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free coffee and tea available. It was a great experience overall, and I’ll definitely come back for future services. Thank you, Capitol Hyundai!

I have purchased 3 cars with Capital Hyundai since 2016 and I want to share with others the experience I always get from the service department, all the way up to my most recent visit April 23rd 2015 I always get treated and attended to with the utmost respect and personal assistance The manager Trey has an excellent team each person that has their assignments and give dedicated care I always know that I will feel welcome to stay and wait in the waiting area And as I comfortably wait for my car during maintenance I see all the staff doing their best The place is clean and welcoming Most of all I want to express my appreciation to Ken I always seem to get assigned to Ken and he has such a wonderful personality and professionalism in his duties He gives truth to me regarding the needs of my car and that is so important to me One of my granddaughters purchased a car down the street at Capital Subaru and is unsatisfied with their customer service and she misses the care she got throughout the years with Treys team. Went ok Service writer trying to sell recommended service totaling over $2,000. With minimal explanation and no reference to factory recommendations. I understand the need to sell related services but I feel like they are really trying to take advantage of people's faith in their service.

My service rep. Jay was absolutely wonderful! He addressed all my concerns and questions. All of the service representatives that I have worked with since I purchased my car in 2012, have been absolutely helpful and friendly. Super kudos to Jerry, the greater who always has a great joke, a beautiful smile and a laugh.

I have a year old car with 15,000 miles and prepaid service so I was a little surprise they recommended $750 of work to prolong the life of my vehicle (I had a hard time justifying that much for a practically new car but hey to each their own) the staff was friendly and helpful. I wish a standard maintenance didn't take 3 hours. It made me want to see what other options I have for these regular maintenance visits but overall a good experience.
