THE COSTLY DISASTER OF TRUSTING THIS DEALERSHIP I brought my 2014 Kia Cadenza to this dealership, believing that the manufacturer’s service center would be the most reliable and trustworthy place to diagnose and fix my engine oil pressure issue. I couldn’t have been more wrong. My car sat in their shop for five months, during which I brought it back twice because they claimed it was “fixed”—only for the check engine light to come on immediately after each pickup. After spending nearly $3,000 out of pocket and another $7,000 from my breakdown insurance, I was assured the problem was resolved. But after two months, they call me back with yet another revelation: “Oh, we found out the issue is actually coming from somewhere else.” And just like that, they demanded another $3,500—just to start again! At that point, I had no choice but to walk away and give up on my car, because this place was nothing but a bottomless money pit. They drained me financially with false promises, incomplete diagnostics, and sheer incompetence. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity—especially if you’re a student like me, struggling with countless other expenses—DO NOT bring your car here. This place is a financial trap, and once you’re in, they will squeeze every last dollar out of you. Save yourself the nightmare and take your car anywhere else.

I find it very hard to believe that this dealership has an average four-star rating. I question the validity of many of these reviews. I bought a 2017 Cadenza here a few years ago. It's been nothing but a nightmare from the get-go. This review is mostly for the service department, but the sales process was undesirable as well. Thankfully, I'm a good negotiator and they are not, so I at least got everything I wanted from the sale. However, if I would have known that this service center was as terrible as it is, I would have never purchased a car here in the first place. From the get-go the car that I purchased has had multiple issues. The service department has attempted to work on my car probably half a dozen times by now, and they have yet to be able to fix one issue. As a matter of fact, while in the process of trying to fix one particular issue, they caused another that they can't figure out how to fix either. This is incompetence at the highest level. The dealership is no longer even responding to my requests for contact. I'm the type of consumer who advocates for myself, so I won't give up. I feel like the service department has a strategy to just ignore customers that they're incapable of assisting in hopes that the customer will just give up and go away. For anyone reading this, be VERY VERY careful to purchase a car here, and be even more careful with their service department. There's a reason why Kia and Hyundai dealerships and service centers have absolutely terrible reputations. It's because it's true.

Been bringing my vehicles here for oil change and the service was good. Don’t forget to ask for their oil change promo so you can save some money. Highly Recommended for KIA owners

I recently took one of our cars in to address a few outstanding recalls and was surprised at how efficient they are at this service location. The work was completed earlier than expected even though they had to order parts. Great! There was never a wait during drop off and pickup and it was an overall pleasant experience working with the folks here.

Was "fixed" 4 times for 4 different problems and each problem was the reason the car didn't work. You guys had the car for two months and didn't have a loner car at a car lot, so had to rent a car for two months. I was told by Kia America to submit my receipt and they would reimburse me, but because after was told your car is out of warranty they so no. Then after the car was fixed the next day the check engine light went off again and was told by the service clerk, well the engine has a deep defect and you will need a new engine. So, spent about 5000 for "fixing and 2000 for car rental. I'm a little pissed the hell off. Traded the car in for a more reliable older, non KIA car. I kept hoping the car would be fix so I didn't have to spend all the extra money on a used car. I sorry I ever thought that a KIA service center could fix a KIA car, my mistake. Thank you for you "great service"

Offering a new service to deep clean/disinfect your vehicle. Worth looking in to and doing your due diligence, but it's nice that they are thinking about the needs of the community and adjusting their services to support our health and safety in this time. Service desk has sneeze guards installed to help protect workers at the desk as is becoming more common at many businesses.

Yesterday, 6/19, I drove the car to the capital KIA service center. From the beginning, it said that the waiting time was two hours. Finally, I waited for four hours and charged more than $400. When I started the car today, it showed that I still have more than 400 miles to be maintained. , it hasn’t been maintained, why is it showing such a picture, I won't go to this kind of service again, and I won't introduce it to my friends. It's really bad service.There's more .... , I came capital do my routine maintenance the past one year , but 1 month ago my battery just totally dead on the street ..... , I spent another $200 call AAA changed battery More....., about the 6/19 maintenance, at beginning I called to schedule for a emergency ( I got flat tire) , on the phone , they told me their schedule was full , but I didn't give up , I hung up the phone n went to their website, you know what , all the schedule was open , eventually I made appointment n for fixed The last n the most important is , whatever I told the receptionist or advisor, I didn't get any response, the just keep saying they would check , they would see what's going but eventually I didn't any answer or response. This was already not the first time , they seem didn't that care about how customer feel , my English is very limited, but what I wanna express is they didn't even show the very basic care for the customer, I total asked them n requested 3 to 4 questions, but I left without any response from advisor ( he promised me he will check) Felt so suck continuously so many time bad experiences
