I just bought my first Honda and recently had it serviced for it regular maintenance at their service dept. I was very pleased with the service dept. and their staff. Amazing service by Thomas W. He recognized that I was due for a recall and I was going to have to bring it back for an all day service but was able to get my service and recall done in the same day. I truly appreciate the great service and the utilization of my time as well. I am a big fan of customer service being in the industry for over 30 years, not only did he helped me and competed my stay there in a timely fashion, the way he assisted the customer in front of me got the same service. He also has great respect for his peers I can see the respect among others and for that this person gets 5 stars - Thank you

I appreciated they had a live person available for me to talk over the phone under 3 minutes of going through their automated phone system with prompts! Their folks greeting me and checking in my car in their service department were super attentive, polite and professional with a splash of good sense of humor! They worked quickly & were concise as they explained everything to me with great detail. Never did I feel like they were “mansplaining” to me(not talking business with me because I’m a female). Great first time experience. I Went back a day later and they were all just as friendly, professional & speedy! The second day was even busier than the first, yet they connected with me under 10 minutes. I was truly impressed!

I always can schedule an appointment easily. The service department is helpful and on top of things. They are helpful in determining euchre services the car needs and the last time i was there, they were able to do the service and finish the necessary update for a part from an active recall so that I didn't have to schedule another appointment. They always have my car don't at the time promised as well so I'm very satisfied with the service department at capitol Honda

I was impressed by Roy our advisor in the service department. He noticed the strips of lights a few of them were out and it was still under warranty. Bravo and thank you, Roy!!! Very happy always with the customer service and car repairs done.

I’m glad I bought a Honda care service plan. They take care of everything for you. I got the safety recall notice and they take care of that also. I worried about my car is not safe for the long trip and now I feel much better. They work like team very quickly and professional. Doris is the one helping me and very nice customer service. Very happy to come here!

It was my first time visiting dealership as a walk-in and had a great experience. Was greeted in the check-in line pleasantly, Daniel provided an excellent service and took care of all needed services with take home tips to take better care of the car. I highly recommend this business.
