This is the best dealership that I have come across so far. Everyone I met here had been very helpful and goes above and beyond. Recently Gabe Garcia helped me with a claim. Everything went extremely smooth. He helped me get a free rental while my car was getting taken care off. Everything went as per plan and couldn’t be better.

Very busy dealership! Get there early, and even if you do, there will be a long line, some waiting, etc... On the bright side, the customer waiting area is very nice. The new building is comfortable and there are plenty of seats with power outlets. There is also free and fast guest WiFi. Even the bathrooms are nice. These little amenities make the waiting more pleasant. The employees are very nice. Pricing is dealer pricing, so better go with package maintenance options so you can save a little money. They get your car done properly, in most cases, and on time. Conveniently open 7 days a week from 7 am to 6 pm. They have a shuttle to take you home, one way. So your experience will go as quickly/slow as possible, but it will be pleasant. Bring some work with you, they have complimentary Starbucks coffee in a machine, and it's pretty good too.

Decent Toyota establishment for service. They will try and upsell and inflate the price if you let them. Unlike some dealerships they will not perform a complementary exterior clean. Staff is otherwise friendly and easy to work with. Wifi is good. Coffee machine is great if you are waiting for your service completion.

I brought my car for a diagnostic as this was the only place with a mechanic available in the area on Sunday. I waited 3.5 hours for them to diagnose my car as having a failed evap canister. They then tried to charge me over $2k to fix it, 1k for the part and 1k for labor. I spoke to other mechanics who all said this would be an hour job max, so unless Toyota charges $1k an hour they were trying very hard to take advantage of me. I also found the part to be no more than $600 online. After I told them I'll go somewhere else they asked what my budget was, as if $2k was reasonable and I had a low budget.

Came for a maintenance appointment for my Toyata vehicle. Very busy service center. Waiting time 2 .5 hours with appointment. Interacted with two persons in customer service. Lily and Calvin. Both interaction could not be more different. Unpleasant, impersonal, careless experience with Lily contrary to a very pleasant, friendly and professional experience with Calvin. Thank you for being awesome, Calvin!

I am an Uber driver. One of my Camry's rear seat belts kept getting stuck ever since I bought the car brand new on 01/17/2024. Eventually, the seat belt did not retract at all. I referred to Capitol Toyota on 12/02/2024. An advisor charged me $298 for inspection and repair of the seat belt as he had commented that the defect had been caused by some "outside influence". Two days after the repair, the seat belt began sticking and after a while it stopped retracting. I came back to Capitol Toyota on 01/06/2025 when another advisor approached me to check me in. When I said that I could not pay $298 frequently to repair the seat belt, he recommended me to come back on 01/08/2025 to speak with the previous advisor who had handled the job to receive credit for the repair. I returned to Capitol Toyota on 01/08/2025 and met the advisor who had handled the job, asking him to replace the seat belt as it was a safety issue, and as it was still under warranty for being under 60,000 miles. Capitol Toyota reluctantly agreed to replace the seat belt under "one time goodwill". Its supervisor asked me to come back on 01/10/2025 when they would receive the ordered part. On 01/10/2025, the adviser told me that Capitol Toyota had received the part, and it took 5 to 7 hours to deliver its service. So, I went back home by Uber. When I had just arrived home, he called me to inform me that the part was in Kentucky, and had not been shipped yet, and he did not have any idea when they would receive the part. I came back to Capitol Toyota by Uber to pick up the car. Back and forth, the Uber transportation cost me $39.69. When I was there, the supervisor told me that the process was not under control of Capitol Toyota to know when it would receive the part. He told me that Capitol Toyota would contact Toyota on 01/13/2025 to find out the latest status and would inform me subsequently. Capitol Toyota did not contact me. On 01/14/2025, I went to Capitol Toyota to meet its manager. He vaguely apologized and promised that the advisor would call me on 01/16/2025. He added that the ordered part did not have an Estimated Time of Arrival. On 01/16/2025, when the advisor told me that they might receive a seat belt with a different color by 01/30/2025, I said that I did not have time until then as I had to pass the Uber Annual Vehicle Inspection by 01/22/2025. I asked him to repair the seat belt. He said he would contact me after consulting with the supervisor. He did not contact me. I returned to Capitol Toyota on 01/21/2025 to ask them to repair the seatbelt. The supervisor said that a beige seatbelt might arrive by 01/22/2025. He added that there was a shortage of Camry's seatbelt nationwide. The color of my Camry's seat belt was dark grey; however, I agreed with the different color as it was my only available choice at that moment. Two hours after leaving Capitol Toyota on 01/21/2025, the adviser called me to inform me that Capitol Toyota had received the part. I came back there immediately, and subsequently Capitol Toyota replaced the seatbelt in four hours with a different color seat belt. Thus: (1) Capitol Toyota should have replaced the under-warranty seat belt on my first visit instead of burdening me with $298 for a repair that was doomed to failure. (2) I visited Capitol Toyota eight times in two weeks, from 01/06/2025 to 01/21/2025, to follow up and resolve the problem of the car. If I had called them, I would not have gotten any result at all. Capitol Toyota did not compensate for my time and cost of transportation. (3) On one occasion, the adviser pretended to joke with me that I would have a difficult time if I had met his "tough colleague" instead of him. On another occasion, on the phone, while I was complaining about his following up, the adviser turned to someone to accuse me of arguing with him. In all my visits, whenever I was speaking with him, he interrupted me frequently as I felt his approach was biased. He never apologized for his inaccurate information, delaying in following up, wasting my time, and burdening me with $298.
