BMW of Carlsbad Parts Center

If I could I would remove the 1 star to zero. They kept my car for two days for a simple oil change. Never told me the vehicle was ready. Don’t tell me that I needed new tires. Forgot to reset my warning lights. Despite several calls they never called back. Absolute worst service ever in my 20years owning BMWs. Reconsidering if I should switch to Mercedes. Spoke with Matt who is the manager of the service manager Mike. Given they never called me after telling me they would call me back, I spoke w Matt 5 days later and he essentially spent the time covering their butts and saying they won't do anything, not even apologize for the awful service. I e since heard from many of my fellow BMW owners saying they moved away from BMW or never use that dealership because of their unprofessionalism. Apparently Matt has a reputation for being difficult. I've since filed a formal complaint for their terrible serjo e with BMW corporate. Run don't walk away from this horrible establishment.

I purchased a vehicle from BMW of Carlsbad and I must say this was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. The deal was straight to the point, no gimmicks. The sale manager (Davin) was extremely friendly and treat me with the upmost respect. I will definitely buy my next car from here and recommend them to my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a car with BMW Carlsbad. I have been on the hunt for a car for over a year and they had a used model on lot that I was interested in. I messaged and was put in contact with Nicholas who was super helpful and got me everything I needed to make my decision and close on the deal quick and easy. Everyone was nothing but lovely and even after my purchase they took care of a small issue I found in the first week of ownership with zero questions. I would highly recommend Nicholas and the whole team at BMW Carlsbad.
