Called yesterday to get 2 new fuel pumps for my vehicle ordered from the hub to make my day a lot easier and go home and change em quick. Turned out they never ordered them and I went to go spend my time and now have to drive to the hub where they were originally at to pick them up. Also when I went in there were 4 people working and only one actually helping. Debbie should have a raise since she’s the only one that knows how to give good customer service. But overall my business with this auto zone is done. Everyone else doesn’t know how to do anything right.

I came in today for help with checking my battery and a gas cap issue. I was waited on by Chance… He was incredibly helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to assist me. I always have good experiences at the store. I am never disappointed!

I stopped yesterday to get wiper blades and Joe S helped me and also came out to my mobility van and installed the wipers front and back for me. It was very nice he was so willing to help me. I really appreciated it and you don’t find that many kind people anymore so I was very grateful.

I went here to get my truck battery tested and they did that for me, showed me I needed new one. Then Joe made suggestions for the new battery helped me purchase, then installed it! Joe was very knowledgeable! Thank you, Joe!!

Alex and Joe were exceptional. We came in Friday night for a battery purchase. They did the install, and went above and beyond by cleaning off all the corrosion from our battery cable. Thank you!

Went in to get a replacement headlight bulb for my vehicle and Larry helped me with everything. He looked up what bulb I needed on the computer, helped me find an affordable option, recommended the bulb grease and he even helped me install the bulb! Thank you so much, Larry! Very professional and knowledgeable.
