Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

The service is convenient. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they tend to be a little pushy for you to buy extra services, even after multiple times that I stated I only wanted what I was getting done. This happened on both trips that I made here for an oil change. Other than that, the team working there seems like they know what they’re doing, getting things done efficiently and in a timely manner. Friendly staff as well.

Over all the experience was fine. The price was fair and the oil change was pretty fast but after I got home I realized that they had taken apart my glove box to check the cabin filter and they reassembled it incorrectly. There was a part left out on the passenger seat that should have been reinstalled. I had to take 15 minutes of my own time to disassemble it again the reassemble it correctly.

I give these guys five stars! They were able to assist me with everything I needed in such a short time. Emissions test was well performed and a great price for my oil change. They were so kind to honor my coupons as well. I will definitely be making this one my go to company for my car. Thank you for a great job. Kind and courteous as well. JM

Very Bad! I'm on road trip and needed and oil changed to go back home in Canada. My Kicks is new. Basically, I'm doing Hyways. They told me my brakes was due! What???? They tried to screw me! Don't go there!

Sitting in the waiting room I observed the service techs interacting with a number of customers. In every case the tech were informative and very professional. They took time with each customer listening and then explaining what needed to be done or what was done to correct any issue. They did NOT push unwanted or unnecessary services. I really trust this business!

The service representative was courteous, professional, informative and prompt with updates. The service technician from my short drive home seems like a very good job. I was told the master technician/mechanic performed the work so it took an hour and one half less than initially expected. Great location!

These young men were so professional and courteous in addition to being knowledgeable about their work. They treated the customers and their coworkers with genuine respect- it was refreshing to see. Their workflow was very smooth making for a low stress process even though they had many folks to help out. At the end, there were no surprises or unexpected charges. This has been my experience at pretty much all the jiff lubes I’ve been lubed at.

Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! It was my first time here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Noe, who worked on my car, was especially great, he not only handled the oil change but also checked my tire pressure and even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my floor mats. It’s clear they take pride in their service, and I really appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend if you're looking for a smooth, stress-free oil change!

The mechanics were very friendly and understanding. They helped me out because I was visiting family in Albuquerque and badly need service for my car. The wait was long but I was happy that Wendy's was just right across. They fixed my car and I was out of there with a smile and relief I can make home to Gallup. Thank you.

About 2 months ago my neighbor and I were going to Wendy's and saw this jiffy lube location store # 3170. It was almost closing time however due to having a cast on my arm I was excited to see this jiffy lube. I'm elderly and so is my neighbor. My dash light had been on for low air. I pulled in and was greeted with the kindest sweetest agents. Who immediately jumped in to action to fill up all 4 tires. People say there's no good customer service anymore but not true.. it's all here! I'm late in giving Damion Brendon and Micheal this kudos due to being very ill. I'm sure other employees there would be just as great ! I will never forget their kindness done with smiles for how I was treated. A 10 + in my book. Thank you.
