Car Crafters

My experience with car crafters was nearly perfect. They communicate very well, text you a link to a webpage that lets you know the status of the car and they call Weekly with updates on status of repair. I highly recommend! Car looks great!

My car looks great, as good as new! 😍😀 The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because when I went to pick it up on the day I was told it would be ready, the car wasn't even there. 🫤 I was told the car was still needing it's final detailing, and it was still at the other location. They also explained that they were short technicians who called in sick. That happens, and I can accept that.😏 They also went over and above fixing a little vinyl/rubber part that was sticking out under the front bumper. That pleased me greatly! 😀🥰. Good guys work there. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had EXCELLENT repair quality at the Car Crafters on Montano in 2018. My most recent repairs at the Holly location were far from that. This location has no rental car support; be ready to Uber and/or have someone drive you. The car wasn’t ready on the estimated date. The quality of repairs is mediocre at best. Right and Left rear plastic trims are either falling out-of-place and/or is not flush with the cars body. The rear back cover/door isn’t staying in place. Michelle from what I observed; was doing the best with what she had. The following photos show the poor quality in repairs.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Car Crafters if you desire top notch body work, excellent communications at a reasonable cost. They were more than a $1,000 less than their competitors. I have a unique car (Alfa Romeo) and I was told only a couple of companies could service my car on Albuquerque. That was not True as Car Crafters delivered!! My car looks brand new.

Well I think I have been patient enough and have been treated terribly by manager James Gorley and employee Haley. I have been told they will not replace Saber LED head lights without proof of purchase since they replaced all of my head lights and fog light's due to an accident with LED 18watts. Farmers insurance has worked very hard to resolve this problem but we haven't gotten anywhere with this company and it's employees. I know from this experience that l would not refer anyone to this company off of Holly Street in Albuquerque. I hope by reading this you will understand what type of service you will get. Enclosed is my proof of a receipt they wanted and what lights need to be ordered and replaced.

Great experience. My truck looks exactly the way it did before the accident. I wouldn't take any vehicle anywhere else in town.This is the best place in town to have your vehicle fixed

Omar and his team did a great job on repairing my vehicle in a timely manner. The finished product looked like nothing happened to the car. The customer service I received was great and I would definitely recommend this Car Crafters location!

Beware...these guys are rip off artists. Took my vehicle in to get an estimate for a back panel. Bumper is perfect. Only needs a bracket and screws. That's it. They tried to tell me I needed a whole new bumper and wanted to charge me $2000!!! Really??? There's nothing even wrong with the bumper. Then they said oh we don't do small repairs. We replace the whole thing. I was very clear what needed to be done when I set up the appointment. No one mentioned anything of the sort. So you want me to pay for something that's not even broken??? Got it. I'd rather fix it myself. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, unless you want to be ripped off

First of all, I would like to recognize Halee Lusk, my Service Advisor. She was awesome, kept me informed and explained everything. If everyone's experience at Car Crafters on Holly Avenue are as good as mine, there will be a lot of happy, satisfied customers!
