Blue Compass RV Albuquerque Parts & Service Center

Took our camper in to get the bearings packed. Paid $575 and when i went to hook it up to my truck after, I could no longer crank the tongue jack. They had bent it while they serviced it. I had an electric jack on it and they said they would only replace with a cheap manual jack. They replaced it and when I got home, the jack wasn’t high enough to get it off my truck. I called and asked for a plastic block which runs $30 on amazon. They said they wouldn’t give me one. Told me to just use a block of wood. I should have read the reviews here as many are negative and are exactly what I experienced. This location is very convenient for me but I will drive longer to find better service. What a joke of a company.

My husband and I bought a Class C Motorhome from Blue Compass and it was a good experience. The best part was the walk-through conducted by Greg. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. We really felt we understood how the motorhome works and operates after his walk-through.

Yvette in service dept did a great job at keeping us update on our service repairs on our camper. She was great at updating us every step of the way through the process of our insurance work. She was very professional and very friendly! She always had a smile on her face and greeted us by our names. It made us feel very comfortable and important! We have had service at camping world and had the worst experience so we did not have the highest expectations when it came to our camper but Yvette proved us wrong! Yvette at Blue Compass is our new go to person! I highly recommend her for your camper needs!

Took my camper to get the bearings packed. They bent the tongue jack and wouldn't replace with a like unit. They replaced with a cheap hand crank unit instead of an electric jack that they damaged. Service manager is just like a used car salesman. I guess I would expect this. Terrible service, terrible customer service. Would not recommend using this service center for anything.

While on the road back in March I drove through an horrific dust storm that tore the air conditioner shroud off the top of my travel trailer. I called Blue Compass RV who ordered the part and in two days, when it arrived at the shop they installed it for free!! They were gracious, caring and understanding of a solo woman traveler’s situation and “made it right” so I could continue my trip. BRAVO, guys, you’re the BEST!

The service liaison was nice, but I feel half-assed communication between the repair staff, the warrant team of the unit maker, and me. The service department seems to do everything they can to get out of doing work, aka half-assed the repairs. Bought a new unit, was working with the maker of the unit to get some items adjusted, under warranty. Had to use an “authorized dealer” to do so. The marker and I agree the setup is incorrect, the BC service team say nothing is wrong. I then send a picture of the correct setup to BC, I get a call 2 weeks later saying “it’s fixed”, I pick up and leave with my unit because I’m too pissed off at the fact that they made the situation worse now just for a different reason (the drain is at an upward angle now) and it seems they didn’t even look at the picture. The next day, I talk to the marker and they say they never authorized the repair. I have no interest in using Blue Compass to attempt any other repairs ever again, and I pray that the other major repair they did was done right, because if not, it will leak and my unit will get damaged. Took time and very detailed with inspection. Told me what I needed in a way that I was able to understand. I am a first time RV owner and it can be a little intimidating. This will be my home and to receive such amazing service is usually unheard of after Covid. Price was very reasonable, especially with how much work they had to do in the end. Ian was professional. It was so easy to contact him and I received a response almost instantaneously. Very impressed and much appreciated!

We recently purchased an RV from Blue compass Feb 2025, Shopping for the right RV has been no less than a nightmare, lots of fake promises gimmicks hidden fees. We had a five-star experience here, truly helpful lots of integrity even after our purchase they were willing and able to answer questions and assist. Rico the general manager wonderful professional. The sales team down to the finance made things effortless and transparent. I highly recommend going here for your next adventure!
