I recently took my BMW back to Hans Wittler on Wilshire, despite having adequate experiences in the past. This time, however, the service was truly a 5-star experience, and it’s all thanks to their new customer service rep Nathan. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, answering all my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. His professionalism and attention to detail completely changed my impression of this facility. Thank you for everything Nathan!

These guys are the real deal, took in my old 86 Porsche 944 for an idle issue, they fixed it same day. Let me know of existing problems as well with pictures, easy going environment and you can tell these guys work with confidence for a reason, they really know what they’re doing

Staff are very kind and helpful, and I always have good interactions with them. They always let me know what needs to be done, what can wait, and what can't. Everytime they've worked on my car it's been great, and they always get what I need done in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend it.

First time at Hans Wittler and will be back. Used the Wilshire location for my 2017 Porsche Macan’s oil change and diagnostic check of several issues. Friendly techs and staff who walked me through exactly what was really needed for my vehicle and the appropriate timeline. Service was efficient and I left with a well tuned vehicle and confidence that I was in good hands for any future maintenance.

Hans Whittler Automotive is by far the most extraordinary, efficient, and customer oriented shop I have ever experienced. They send pictures of the vehicle's issues before, during, and after the repairs. This shop will keep our VWs running for the distance! The mechanics really care about their quality of work, and I believe it's because they're treated well and are appreciated by the owner and the manager. Max, the dog manager, is also too cool. Their mechanics (Jesus, for one) are the open heart surgeons of European vehicles. Nathan Loos is a fantastic manager. He gets it done, no matter what is required.

I brought my new-to-me, 1997 Audi A8 in for some repairs after the previous owner had let the maintenance go for a bit. Nathan and the crew at Hans Wittler did an amazing job of communicating the issues that the car had, helping me prioritizing what the important fixes would be, and then perfectly implementing the repairs. This is really a team of true professionals. And I gotta say, I now like driving my old Audi WAY more than my new Tesla!
