Being a Tacoma, Camry, and Tundra owner, I have been working with Thomas from the parts department for the better part of the last decade. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and always follows up when he says he will. Honestly, if it weren’t for Thomas I would probably find parts myself online and not take a trip to the dealership. You do an awesome job and I hope your management team realizes how much of an asset you are. Happy holiday

Driving from California to Florida, time for an oil change on the T Grand H 2024 Hybrid Limited (20500). Well done service staff accepted me without an appointment. I am very grateful to them.

Appointment at 9AM for an oil change, car was not ready until 5:30. I came in from out of town to get an oil change and fluid check. I didn’t hear anything and finally called around 2:00 to check in. They told me that they hadn’t started on my car yet. Called multiple times between 4:00 and 5:00 but no one answered and I had to leave voicemails. Finally got a call back at 5:30 that it was ready and they were closing at 6:00. I was told they were short handed and only did an oil change without additional checks. No apologies or anything… on top of the time to drive from Taos I also waited around 8 hours for a basic oil change. I wanted the knowledgeable techs from the dealership to do a safety inspection…. Total waste of a day and my time. Not even an “I’m sorry” or any other updates all day long. Horrible customer service

Always great service for the last almost 20 yrs that I've been getting my vehicles serviced here and purchased here. Top notch VIP service every time. I'll be moving away and hope that I can find another dealership that comes even close to this level of service. Always fair, honest and excellent customer service.

Trying to return parts that I never even picked up they have the parts but can’t seem to get my refund on the parts. Apparently it takes some weeks if not months to give me my money back however, when you are buying a car, they like to get paid on timethis place is a joke. I have been given the runaround for weeks now and just feel like this place is seriously just a joke. I will never return to purchase anything from them again unfortunately I have to get my oil changed there which should be fun. I’m sure.
