Although this business isn’t the cheapest in town, their service is top notch! They provided the most detailed bumper to bumper inspection of my vehicle that I’ve ever seen which includes photos! Very thorough in explaining what was needed and what repairs could wait. Very transparent in pricing and options. Highly recommend Brown’s Automotive.

The cam shaft position sensor on my car went bad and rendered the car undrivable. Brown's Automotive was able to get me in right away, they did a thorough job of diagnosing the problems that needed attention, and they replaced both of the sensors. Plus they had recommendations that I already knew needed attention, because I bought the car used, and the previous owner didn't do a good job of maintaining it. They really saved me. My dad was a mechanic, so I am fussy about where I take the car. If you make my car run perfect, you have my business, and Brown's made my car perfect. I will be going to them from now on.

I've been taking my vehicles to Brown's automotive experts about I believe close to a decade now and always satisfied with their services. I usually go to the shop at El Rancho and always receive quality maintenance and repairs on all my vehicle needs. This time I took my vehicle to get serviced at Signal right off at I-25 which was more convenient for me. Excellent service and Thanks so much to Cheryl Montoya and the crew at Browns for making a great experience at that location I highly recommend.

LMAO! This place is a huge scam. Had a few code issues showing up at emissions brought my truck in for a diagnostic check. First , The charges for the check were almost double than anywhere else, second they quoted me $5000 for the repair lol. Went to another shop and got the repair done for $1500! Big difference DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!

Very professional and got to diagnosing my vehicle very quickly. Got the repair done asap and I couldn't be more pleased. Their total inspection report was also very comprehensive. Have been searching for a good repair shop for years now and I think I found it! Many thanks to the crew at Browns!

Called Mike before they closed and he told me to go in first thing the next morning. He was able to get my issue fixed very quickly. They didn't give me the run around like Rich Ford. Amazing shop will be my go to from now on.

Overpriced and no sense of urgency! Took my vehicle in as they opened at 7:30 was told I was the first vehicle of the day even had an appointment for 8am and had front brakes only done and it took them over 8hrs! What’s worse is they didn’t complete the job as quoted as there was an issue in the end so it was a partial job that took 8hrs. Kind of ridiculous. Though they did try to work with me on things I’m just not satisfied. They gave me a full diagnostic to try to get more money. What a waste of time. Bet I could have spent 20k trying to resolve every issue they pointed out. Don’t use this company.
