Discount Tire

My experience with the store on Paseo Del Norte was positive. Kyle the Assistant Manager was very helpful. And Brandon the Tire Tech did an excellent job. I would give the store a 10. I had a problem with the last type of tire product and some previous experiences. However, this store was much more professional experience.

Recently had tires installed on my truck Discount Tire went above and beyond for me even though I understood they were busy they honored my appointment and got it done! This shop works like a well oiled machine! Tony took the time and was very helpful in selecting the best tire that would work on my truck. This service was not new to me, I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years and have worked with the same Manager Mike Sisneros for those years and have had excellent experiences. I highly recommend Discount Tire. Thanks again to Tony and Mike!

They were very busy, yet efficient. Service was quick and courteous. I went in to have a tire looked at it, it was promptly patched and taken care of at no cost. I highly recommend checking them out and will absolutely be back!

Beware unauthorized charges. I got a flat and ended up needing new tires on a Saturday morning, probably the busiest time of the week. They were friendly and efficient and had me on my way in about an hour. I left very satisfied and thought I would go home and post a 5-star review. That is, until I looked at my receipt. They had tacked on $193 for "protection purchase" that I didn't want and hadn't asked for. I called and they refunded me, but I shouldn't have had to do that. I wonder how many people ended up paying for this "protection" and didn't even know it?

These guys are awesome. Store is extremely busy so make an appointment or you will wait as expected. Took care of me and my 4 cars many times over the years. Balancing, tire repairs, warranty replacement, it has been great. Shout out to Anthony D!

I pulled in 15min til closing time with a completely flat tire. Gabriel was happy to help and replaced my tire, which was under warranty. I waited 15 min and I was outta there with no hassle. I highly recommend this particular Discount Tire and I am very grateful to Gabriel for getting me back on the road safely.

Fast service, great customer care. I had made an appointment, but unfortunately the tires I'd selected and paid for a week in advance had been taken out of the inventory. The guys at the Paseo location gave me a higher quality brand with no extra charge and no hassle or upselling. Plus a fast installation.

Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and helpful! I always go here for the free flat repair service. Albuquerque has a ton of nails and screws on the road. This is an excellent tire shop with a stellar staff that is a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended!

Waited for a hour and half for a simple flat repair, screw in the center of tread, they didn't even know where my vehicle was, tried to tell me it was in the shop and it was still in the parking lot. Don't waste your time, because if you don't buy into their upsale tactics, they ignore you. An update: pulled into Venado Tires on San Mateo and had it fixed in 10 minutes, great sevice.
