My car was hit in the parking lot and manager Shy helped me by calling nearby businesses to see if they had camera footage to see who hit me. Shes very polite. Thank you Shy.

This autozone is amazing. I came here looking for a new break light because mine had gone out. They not only helped me find the correct one but they also helped me to replace the bulb. I recently had the pleasure of visiting AutoZone for the first time, and I must say, my experience was exceptional thanks to an outstanding employee named Jay. From the moment I called the store, Jay was the one who answered the phone, and his professionalism and knowledge immediately stood out. He was patient, informative, and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident about coming into the store. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Jay was also the one assisting me in person. His customer service was top-notch—he was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed, offering expert advice and guidance without any pressure. His deep knowledge of AutoZone’s products and services was impressive, and his friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across employees who are both knowledgeable and passionate about providing excellent service, and Jay is a perfect example of that. Because of his professionalism and helpful attitude, my first visit to AutoZone was a great one, and I will definitely be returning. Management should absolutely consider Jay for a raise or recognition—he represents the company in the best possible way and truly makes a difference in the customer experience. Shy Hoskins was very very helpful and patient. Even with her restrictions she was more than helpful with letting me assist her in changing my battery. She was very knowledgeable and confident.. I would definitely recommend customers come here for services!

They let me order a piece I needed and even talked in the phone. When I went there it wasn't there, the person on the phone want there and nobody knew nothing at freaking all, everybody in there looking at eachother "who answered the phone"
