Called on a desperate attempt to get a new put tire on by tonight and Mike was so helpful and friendly! Jackson ran to neighboring store to get my size tire and were ready and waiting for us in the tow truck when we arrived. I appreciate people who go the extra mile and these guys did and worked into after the closing time of the shop! Highly recommend!

Sold me a brand new tire the tire was stored in properly. The tire was completely damaged. Did not notice until the tire was being put on when refunding the tire front desk told me that it takes six weeks for me to get my money back that they’re not sure how long the process takes When receiving the return receipt rep gave me a blank sheet as the receipt had to turn back around and get actual receipt

I took my Tesla model 3 here for an alignment, they were not able to do it although they tried, it left my car undrivable afterwards, I had to take a Tesla afterwards to get it aligned.

I was waiting in the lobby when another customer walked in. She tripped on a tire in the doorway when she was coming in and fell. The employees laughed at her instead of offering help. Very horrible customer service.

I had my wife take our truck there for an oil change and tire rotation for which she got a Groupon. The tech did the oil change and was letting the vehicle down and my wife asked. The tech did the oil change and was letting the vehicle down and my wife asked did they do a tire rotation and she said no but she could Appointment and the work order was for tire rotation and oil change so she did the tire rotation and did it wrong as I am a Toyota tech myself, but I had other obligations and needed to get my truck done. I marked my tires RR. RF. LF. LR. INSTEAD OF ROTATING THE TIRES FRONT TO BACK ON THE SAME SIDE, SHE THE TECH CRISSCROSS THEM NOT THE PROPER WAY TO ROTATE TIRES. MY TRUCK HOLDS 7.9 QUARTS OF OIL AND YES, I REALIZE THE GROUPON WAS GOOD FOR 5 QUARTS. I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA 3 QUARTS BUT INSTEAD THEY DECIDED JUST TO LEAVE MY TRUCK 3 QUARTS LOW. When I inspected my truck after I got home, I realized I was missing a lug nut on the right front tire and the oil was low. I went the next day to talk to the manager. He had no answers, but he did give me the Oil. they also cracked two of my hubcaps covers. Your shops need to have a check on the work done to each vehicle. Lug nuts are safety thing should never have happened. I chalked it up as a lesson learned. I always do my own work and I will continue to do that and will never recommend anybody come to this establishment.

Mr. Bill at the front desk was amazing! He provided excellent service, and I was able to get my tire changed and replaced with a new one at a fair price. I truly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency highly recommended!

I was not satisfied with my service yesterday at all!! This is the second time I’ve taken my company vehicle to this location and I have been treated with total disrespect. Yesterday appointment was just ridiculous… I dropped my truck off at 8 am for a new battery I was told it wouldn’t take long at all. I had made arrangements for someone to pick me up rather wait in the waiting room. Around 10:30 am I called to check on the status of my vehicle. I had spoken to Bill who told me by the time I arrived it would be ready. I arrived at 11 am and my vehicle still was not ready. Bill had told his technician to go to Auto Zone to pick me up a battery well the technician aggressively jumped in his personal vehicle and peeled off where his tires did a burn out on Arlington. When the technician finished my truck his shut my door very aggressively. This is the second time I’ve been disrespected at this location. I have a warranty on my last job they service me for if I need my to return and hopefully I don’t I will have my husband take it

Just got new tires here. They gave me a great priced then dropped 50 bucks off because I was able to beat the price. I love this place will definitely be coming here from now on.

I had ran over debris in the road that caused a blowout and wheel damage. After that was fixed i still wondered if there was more damage that np one noticed. The manager went over my car thoroughly and didn't find anything else. They were concerned about my safety. That means alot.
