Sams Used Tires

If I could give a 0 star review that’s what they would get. On 1/15/2025 I brought them a brand new tire to mount and balance. I was charged $25 and come to find out they NEVER balanced the tire. If I hadn’t caught it the next day it would have destroyed my tire so I had to pay another shop $15 to do what they were paid to do. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE fair warning. Check pics that were taken at another shop it was way out of balance static was 334🤬

I used to go there and have faith in their work,now they just broke my new tpms sensor on my wheel right in front of me and denied it. Zero stars. I’ve bought over 25 tires from them in the past and from now on I’ll make sure everyone I know goes elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the best place to go for tires or brake pads, very reasonably priced and absolutely wonderful staff always. They've been taking care of my cars for years and years

My fiancé went to this shop today and they sold us a tire with a nail in it for $45! Not only did he also call the place prior to make sure they had it then acted like they didn’t have it when he got there. They told him when the shipment came in today and that they would have the tire and now it’s a different thing. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all…

Sold me 4 brand new tires for $300, 2 years ago and they still look new. Not a single issue with the tires. I will never go anywhere else.

I stopped by when I found out my Tire/Rim were bent from a metal object on the highway. All 3 men were kind. Even called me “darling”, wasn’t expensive and I was able to stay in the car. Donnie, Osmond (If I spelled those right) were quick and honest. I kept it straight with them and they with me. Highly recommend.

I have gotten great service for plugs in tires. So I called about tires didn't have a full matching set as I thought they said. But I went ahead and got them anyways. He said all finished. As I am looking at my wheels and ask your done he said yes and had his hand out for the money. I paid him and told him that is no way to leave all 4 rims. Only offered to clean them after I paid tipped and said I will clean them myself. Unbelievable.
