Richard at s. Arlington st. Took good care of me. I needed a rear lens & they had it & he installed it for me. I was gonna get the red reflector tape but when he said they had the lens available there, it was a done deal. It was Sunday getting ready to rain so he was a big help.

I asked for help ~ Like check my fuse in my vehicle if it is burned out because I had no beeper ~ I am a woman and I just don't know NOTHING about car's 🤷‍♀️ and if was I was planing to purchase one and this man refused help me..I will never go back to this place for anything..I went to Auto Zone, and took them 5 minutes and they replaced my fuse..

Paid for a $100+ belt tensioner was told it'd be no problem to deliver it to the other store in town and would arrive 12 pm same day. Come to find out the next day the guy at the service desk never ordered the part and no one knows where it is. Usually things go well at O'Reilly but not this time. ***issue resolved part was ordered just misplaced. Got my part was upset over the confusion.

Went for a wrench and oil. Staff guided me on exactly where the items were, and they showed me with a fast walk and kind attitude. Manager gave my kids a big whiteboard paper to have. Awesome place. Recommended
