I would like to cheer on 10 stars to this business for their courteous & professional customer service that I received. I am in the market for a used vehicle and reside in another state. They completed a Pre- Purchase Inspection and provided all details while taking the time to go through each check point of the inspection along with pictures. They over exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for all and everybody for excellent & honest services. Thank you Cole's Garage and keep up the Excellence!

Charged me 180 to tell me my lights were not working. A problem I already knew and explained to them. Took it to another shop. They actually repaired at and had to repair the harness under the driver seat and replace a module that failed. They do not know anything about electrical diagnostics. Coles wanted to replace taillights and wording harness in the bumper that were not bad

Steve and Erica were amazing. I feel very informed and confident about my car after getting serviced by them. It was an expensive fix but I feel like it was work the price and I know that there was actual care that went into my car.

Needed a serpentine belt replace with radiator and water pump apparently. I didn't expect to spend as much as I did for an older car. but they got me back on the road. Good as new Car is quite again. Erika and Steven were very professional when I spoke with them. And handled questions I had. . Even allowed me to pick it up after hours.. thanks again guys. I'll be back!

I am beyond satisfied with the quality of customer service Cole's Garage provided me. I was in town for a work training and my Jeep Compass started malfunctioning as I was getting ready to get on the highway. I went to Autozone and they referred me to Cole's Garage. They were able to service my Jeep within a hour and get me back on the road. I was extremely pleased that the owner Steve called to follow up with me a week later to see how my car was running. I highly recommend Cole's Garage for any of your car repair needs. Please...please...please...support this black owned business!!!!!

Coles Garage is the only place I’ll ever take my car from now on. I drive a Dodge with a mechanical setup that multiple mechanics have called downright atrocious. They’ve worked on my car multiple times, and no matter how much extra effort was needed due to its “suckery,” they handled it efficiently with amazing communication with me as a customer. Steve was especially incredible, as he honored a year-old warranty and took the time to break down every detail of the repairs needed. Even after a few small issues came up afterward, he was quick to accommodate with me as a customer. The receptionist is especially sweet, and the entire crew does outstanding work for prices that are more than fair. 10/10 would recommend Cole’s

Cole is very skeptical to me and I had a bad feeling from him off rip. I called to get my car towed and see what was wrong with it. He told me he can get my car looked at today and that he did. Took my keys to him and asked him the price of the tow and was told 90$ ( kinda weird a place of business doesn’t discuss pricing beforehand) I was told 1600 for low control arms later that day and decided I’ll go somewhere else to get it fixed. He said okay and told me it was 260$ to get my car back. I explained to him I was told 90$ for the tow and that’s the only pricing that was discussed. He continues to say “I told you it was 150$ to look at it” ( which he didn’t because I wouldn’t of wasted my time )“did you think I was going to look at it for free” “so did you ever even have the money to get it fixed” and really trying to play mind games but I wasn’t letting that happen. I told him that it’s not my responsibility to know it was going to be 250$ only pricing I knew of was the 90$ that I had to ASK about. And i explained to him I only had the 90$ for the tow and he told me that I would have to get closer to 250$ or I couldn’t get my car. I felt like he tried to take advantage of me because I’m a young woman that was clearly in desperate need of my car.

Everything was great! They even showed me different components of my vehicle that I was unaware of, like the fact that my spare tire was missing. They were very thorough! Overall, great job! 👍👍

Absolutely had the greatest experience with coles, I was in need of some serious help with getting a new engine in my 2013 vw gti and Steve and his team not only were able to help me but had some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Steve and his team were also able to work with my extended warranty on the car and saved me a lot of money unlike a lot of other shops I had gone to previously. I'm very thankful for Steve and everyone at coles garage!!
