I will always recommend Auto Lab of Troy to any friends and family in the area. Glenn was immensely helpful when I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I had him inspect two cars for me. He was patient and informative and went above and beyond to meet my needs for a reasonable price. His team’s turnaround time for the repairs blew me away. And I know that they are honest technicians too. The first car I looked had $3500 dollars worth of repairs and he advised me not to buy it even though that could have been $3500 of business for him. But in turn they now have a happy repeat customer. Thank you Glenn and team for fitting me in my newest vehicle.

I'm on a flat tire, I come in asking to put tires on and how much, he says the price of one I said that's fine, then as he writing it I ask if they can put both front one on and he looked at me and say I didn't sat that..? Like I never got a chance to say what I needed. Then hands me the price sheet and when I asked if it comes with rotating he said that's extra, and all I said is I didn't know that. Then immediately goes saying we can stop it. And tells the man to pull my car out. And at that moment yes stop it, cause they are making me uncomfortable requesting urgent service so I can put my car back on the road, tells me to go f myself when that was unprofessional and didnt create clarity on the service and price. most unprofessional place I've ever been in.
