American V-twin and Jeremy and his staff had demonstrated the same service and satisfaction above and beyond their job descriptions in their chosen field. Jeremy and the crew are good people. Brought my 24 LRS in for an ABS bleed and clutch adjustment and they made sure I was taken care of. Genuinely one of the best experiences Ive had in regards to bringing my vehicle into a shop. If you need a shop you can trust, I highly recommend you stop by and give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Jeremy is very knowledgeable and has been working with Harley's for years and years. He offers helpful suggestions, and takes ongoing effort to be sure the job gets done right, isn't too costly if it doesn't have to be, and taken care of in a timely manner. Regular Harley dealerships do none of that. Once I've left the shop, I have never had to return for something not done right. Mechanics there are awesome, too.

Jeremy and his crew fixed my old Road King up for a trip to Kentucky and it worked great until I left some accessories on all night, six days before the trip, and couldn’t get it running. I called him frantically and he walked me through some trouble shooting over the phone and we figured it out quickly! I am super stoked to have these guys to keep the ol’ girl running. Off to Kentucky!!

I am by no means an expert with motorcycles hell even cars themselves. But!!! My skid plate?! Was thrashed from too much joyriding. Anyways, I was able to stop in and the team..(Sorry guys I didn't get your names) were able to help me out no questions asked and without passing any judgment which is nice from a woman's perspective. So grateful!! So happy to see that chivalry isn't dead.

I cannot thank Jeremy and the team over at American V-Twin enough! I was at a loss with my Victory Vegas running rough, and the team there took it in, diagnosed a few different problems on my bike (old rubber/old bad parts), and got her running better than I could have ever imagined. They were very communicative, straight forward, and honest with me the whole way through the process! I cannot say enough about the service and experience I had with American V-Twin.
