Extremely disappointed, went in Saturday to warranty front brake pads that were only 1 month old, adaptive one, for my daughter's Acura. The older gent refused to warranty them, said he was afraid to lose his job, said it couldn't be done. Tell me how I went to another Napa store 1hr later n warrantied them, they said they were obviously defective. The guy in Beaumont store was very rude, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable. Take your business somewhere else.

I placed an order for same day pick up at 6am I showed up with a little less then an hr before closing and my order still wasn't ready!!!!! Never again will I use this NAPA or thier online ordering!!!!!

I like the fact that NAPA employees are generally knowledgeable and or mechanically inclined and not just cashiers. You can expect higher quality parts and they have a good inventory of bolts, nuts, hardware and tractor/machinery parts as well.
