Horrible recent experience with this shop. We previously took our car twice for brand new tires, and the service was decent. They always seem to be "behind schedule," and their estimated wait times are off. For this recent experience, we took our SUV for a left rear tire patch. We were told to drop it off because it would take a couple of hours. The vehicle was dropped off around 1 PM, and we returned to the shop around 4 PM since we didn't get a call and didn't know what was happening. Upon arriving, they still hadn't even touched the vehicle. They rushed to patch the tire but then said we had to come back tomorrow because they didn't know if it was fixable. Once they pulled out the car, we realized that they had attempted to patch the right rear tire. After calling this out, they said, "well, you had a nail," which we were fully aware of, but it wasn't leaking air. The left rear tire we needed patched was leaking major air. Totally unprofessional, as the shop should have called us for approval. I get they tried to do the "right" thing, but that's not how it works. We went in the next day only to get a quote from them for $1,000 for two back tires since they couldn't fix it. We decided to take our business elsewhere as they never acknowledged their mistake. So unfair and a waste of time for both sides. All we needed was a simple patch. Please avoid this place as they take way too long even for a simple service, have poor communication, don't reach out for owner approval to add additional services, and don't acknowledge their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. On top of everything, they damaged the wheel lock. Now I have to go and pay $300 for a new one. Seriously man WT* !

I called yesterday on a Friday morning for an alignment desperately needed on an old Honda CRV that I recently replaced all the suspension on. They got me in the same day in the afternoon. They diagnosed the issue, and made all the proper adjustments to have the car driving straight down the road again in a very timely manner. I wanted a business that is experienced and specializes specifically in alignment. Well, in conclusion this is the place, fair reasonable pricing, professionalism, and quality is what you get here. I have over 18 years working professionally in the auto industry, and I know when I found a good place for mechanics. Highly recommended, go see them! Thank you!

My dad and I went in to fix a tire could not get any staff to speak with us. Ladies in the office would not acknowledge us. We are a locally owned business and I thought this experience was unprofessional and rude.

Great customer service and really understanding. Had my rear tire pop on the highway behind their shop and they took us in right as they opened. Great work!
