This is Gino and I'll tell you I will give Jared 10 stars anytime, his customer service was absolutely great. I was at first a autozone customer but because of Jared I'm am now a O'Reilly's customer no questions asked. Thank you Jared all it takes is a few minutes and you can be a day changer like this gentleman

I give this store as a whole experience 3 stars. 3 stars doesn't mean I think you should shop at another store. I still buy things from this store. The reason for 3 stars is #1 The parking area is easy to access even with a broken power steering pump. It's clean. At least for the ground. You won't get covered in motor oil when you climb under your truck to swap a fuel pump on the fly. #2 they often have the part i need and dont have to order it and I occasionally its cheaper than other places #3 this store has a great staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and polite. When there has been issues they have been willing to do what they can to rectify the problem. I could give them the last two stars is this store could promise me 2 things. First, improve the quality of the parts you sell. There is no reason on earth for 4 failed fuel pumps in 5 months. I buy one from ford and its worked now 6+months with no problems, so it was your pumps. Second, stay open later than 9pm.
