I appreciate Josh and Travis so much. After searching for a mechanic for a week, I was drawn to Josh's kind and caring demeanor. He was knowledgeable, offering a diagnostic check before quoting a price, and waiving the fee if I chose their service. I dropped off my car at 9 AM, received a diagnostic call by 11 AM, and picked it up, repaired, by 2 PM. Honestly, my car runs so much better now, and Josh and Travis have earned my loyalty.

I had such a great experience here! I ran over a nail on my way to work and my tire was deflating quick… I just googled the nearest shop and Inner City popped up. I pulled in 15 minutes before they opened but they helped me out right away, patched the tire and I was on my way. Super friendly, super efficient and my tire is still going strong. Highly recommend!

Josh was amazing and helped explain everything I needed to know. As a young woman mechanic shops can be quite intimidating; I did not feel that way here. Great place to get things looked at on my car!
