I have refrained from writing a negative review for some time now but I give up. I have called numerous times, left voicemails, emailed from their website, emailed directly to Bill and still no response. I was trying to get an estimate for a few windows and my sunroom. I know he does good work but not sure what is going on. Is he still in business?

Well to say the least I am disappointed, yet another company that offers a service and never gets back to you. On 3/7/2018 Bill Koch came out and looked at 2 windows at my house. one was to be replaced which I still haven't received a quote on 'the seal Broke", the other which was just a sash replacement, i told bill to order the parts and let me know when they come in. I offered to pay for it up front , he told me not necessary. Its going on 3 months and I have not heard from bill yet. I called twice and left messages with no response. I guess my business of 87.00 dollars isn't good enough for him. Poor customer service and lack of communication will always be the demise of small business owners. If he did not want to do the repair he should have just said so...
