They’re is a lot of 5⭐️ Star Reviews, But for my experience I am just not able to give that high of a review. Again this is based on my personal experience with this shop. I would highly recommend looking at all of your options before choosing. And remember if you’re a Geico Customer and use a Geico preferred shop, they do guarantee the repairs for a certain time limit. This ended up working in my favor because when I picked up my vehicle after being at the shop for almost a month, after a tree fell on it during the storm. The car was still not completely finished. They didn’t paint or touch up the mirrors, the car still had scratches all over, paint somehow got into my vehicle (which they tried to deny even doing), the front bumper was replaced but was not seated correctly so it literally pops out everyday, They did not color match my vehicles paint to the correct specifications for my vehicle. They just painted the pieces they replaced black, when my vehicle is sand pearl black 2 totally different colors. So now my car looks 2 toned. These are just some of the many mistakes made by this shop, I understand mistakes happen, but you fix them before ever sending something out like that to a customer. I had to threaten legal action against Geico & The Shop just to get any help with these issues. But they did end up taking the car back in for a second time to finish all of the unfinished things and to fix the paint in my vehicle. My overall experience was 1⭐️ the process was nothing but a headache, the staff and owners also didn't take accountability for their mistakes. Mind you there were only 3,000 of my vehicle made (So if you have something rare or limited edition take it somewhere else)

A+ collision and their team were amazing. I had an accident before I was going on a vacation Needed my vehicle back quickly. At drop off they took me in and handled the paperwork within minutes, they kept me posted throughout the process to ensure I would have my vehicle and time to leave for the mountains. On return check out was quick and my truck looks new I highly recommend them!

They are an absolute dream team to work with. The ladies at the front are so nice and informative. They keep you updated throughout the process, and everything from getting the estimate to pick up the finished vehicle it was a great process.

They are very professional. Sent me text messages with updates and an estimated time that my repair would be complete. When I called with any questions they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure they had my car cleaned up and ready when I needed to get it so that I would not be late for work. Great people to work with!

Second time using A+ Collision for body repairs. Excellent work both times. They took care of all insurance forms. Friendly service and fair pricing. They give daily text updates to progress on repair and anticipated completion date.
