I drove from Spartanburg to pick up a Macbid in Anderson Friday afternoon. My truck started overheating on 85 and by the time I got to Macbid antifreeze had blown all over my windshield and steam spewing from the radiator everywhere. I sat in the parking lot wondering what to do so I Googled the nearest Auto shop and it led me to Automotive Service Associates. When I got there a gentleman behind the counter (assuming the owner) stopped what he was doing and came out and checked everything out. He spotted the crack in my radiator and had me drive around the side of the shop where a hose was and we got it cooled off enough to take cap off and replace the coolant. He said that should get me back to Spartanburg and get with my normal mechanic to have it replaced. I offered to pay him and he wouldnt take a dime. If I ever move to Anderson this will be my go to Automotive Shop! Thank you kind sir for taking time out of your day to help someone in need. Good people do still exist!!!

Would highly recommend going here. They do work properly and are professionals at everything they do. Came for a engine problem and they pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed and told me how to fix other problems.

These wonderful people are always patient with our poor, 17 year old car. They've had to rewire her, replace her clutch, and numerous other ailments. Mechanics that you can trust are hard to find, but we've been very lucky to find them.

They seem to try and order OEM parts which is great for high quality repairs, but can come at a hefty price compared to non OEM products. If you are on a tight budget, it is worth researching other part pricing online before the repair. Good service

Best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. Joe kept me informed of progress on my truck and even kept the faulty part to show me what the issue was.. These folks are OUTSTANDING! They will have my business from now on, and I will tell everyone to go here first. Their pricing is more than fair, and will fix your vehicle right. So glad multiple friends recommended them to me! This is the first time that I have used automotive associates for repairs. My predicament was that I could not leave my car overnight and without hesitation Joe arranged a time and date so that I could wait for my repair. The lobby was comfortable and the staff very friendly. I was very pleased with the service and the price was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.
