My daughter is a student in the Anderson area and we got the notice of the fuel pump recall on her CRV so I called to set it up. I was told they were scheduling months out and it would be at least May before they could do it. Well, I knew she would be home in May so called our dealership in Greenville to set it up for then. They were shocked when I told them I heard I need to schedule it months out. She was like we can do it in a week. So, we set it up there for next week. So not sure if Piedmont did not want to do it or doesn’t have the same access to parts as larger dealers?

My daughter's Honda Odyssey van was having issues with misfiring and oil leaks. We live an hour away and were hesitant to drop the vehicle off at a dealership that we didn't already have a relationship with. The initial appointment call was easy and a convenient drop off day/time was established. Upon arrival at the dealership's service department at 8:30am, we were please to see a beautiful customer reception area with 2 service consultants ready to assist. The consultant to our right, Dylan, spoke immediately, then the other consultant spoke. We went to the consultant to the left, whose name I didn't get. We gave him the name the appointment was made in and, after a little checking, he stated "Oh, that was with Dylan over there, he'll help you." I would have thought that any advisor could assist and that customers were Piedmont Honda's customer, not "Mine or his." However, I am SO THANKFUL that Dylan was our consultant! He was super friendly and apologetic for the wait (He was on the phone by the time we were told to go see him). By the following day at noon, the vehicle was completed at a very reasonable price! When we arrived to pick up the van Dylan greeted us with a smile, explained the charges, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. As a former Chevrolet service manager of 14 years, I have high expectations for service and Dylan exceeded those expectations. Thank you for making the first visit a great experience and we will spread the word about Piedmont Honda and especially Dylan.

I took my car for service at piedmont Honda ,left it over night so they would have plenty time to drive it to Diagnose the problem,, when picked it up my car had damage to from driver side bumper,, The service department looked at it and wiped it with a rag but the scratches are still there, They only offered to put it through car wash ,I purchased my Honda there and have took it there for service since (2015) not had a problem before, but we are very disappointed with service we received today , thanks and take pictures before you leave your Vehicle and look for any damages when you pick it up thanks,
