Discount Tire

Had to order 6 tires but after they came in. Dropped the truck off fast service. They did a great job and just before bad weather were very busy. Explain everything about the tires and warranty on them. Overall I was very pleased with discount tire and very pleased with the tires they were very good in the slushy icy weather we had. I would recommend this Discount tire in Anderson sc

As a 1st time visit, I Took my truck in Sunday 2/2/25 for a minor issue. I called before I came, the gentleman told me to come on in, and they would take care of me. When I pulled up and went in. I was certain I was going to be there all day. This place was packed out. Well needless to say, I was wrong. These guys worked and got me in, I waited maybe 30 minutes. I wish I would have got the gentleman’s name. He was the assistant Manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, and so efficient. He explained things and provide me a visual of the potential issue I could have been having. As someone who obviously does not know cars/trucks. This helped me a lot and I understood. The simple fact that as busy as they were it seemed that each customer including myself were treated as if they were just as much of a priority than the Next. This store on Clemson Blvd in Anderson SC. Has definitely earned me as a customer. I really wish I would have remember the gentleman’s name I was dealing with. Just to say thank you. I will highly recommend to my friends and family.

I like coming to this location. These guys always do a good job and are friendly. I never worry that something wasn’t done correctly. I’m sure all locations strive to be that way, but this one is my favorite of the 4 in our area.

This is mainly a safety first teaching review for new technicians at the Anderson, SC location. Today I arrived with my vehicle to have 4 new tires and wiper blades installed. The work was done wonderful by the technicians... So I thought! When I arrived home I noticed that my driver side front fender and front door gaps weren't matching up properly. After investigating as to why both looked off. I found that the technician working on the driver side of vehicle had placed the jack underneath on the fender to lift and lower vehicle... Instead of placing jack underneath the frame. When my vehicle was lowered I noticed it didn't come down as safely as it should. But I was standing on the passenger side of vehicle and thought maybe something was in the way on the floor. I should have checked it then but I've always had wonderful service at this location with my other vehicle. Moving forward I will definitely ask a technician to go around with me and inspect my vehicles before and after services at this location for damage caused by technicians. Hopefully I can fix the damage caused during today's visit on my own. Once again this is to be a new technician safety first teaching moment and not a scolding.

Chris and everyone at this location have been taking care of all of our vehicles tires for years now and never stop impressing us with their level of customer service. Once again yesterday! My wife had an unexpected nail in her tire on her new car and Chris got her in quickly and back on the road safely. Can’t say thanks enough for the tremendous customer service, guys! Much appreciated!! We are customers for life!
