Jiffy Lube

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! I've been bringing my automobiles to this one since 2012 and I've never had any problems whatsoever! The guys are always so polite, and seem to be very knowledgeable! I myself grew up working on automobiles, so I know what my car needs and what it doesn't! They're good at selling you what you need as in tires and brakes because they happen to be lower in price than the bigger store like Discount Tire and such!

I felt really good about the car checkup and oil change I got. I did not know that store had changed hands from shell to Jiffy Lubr. He was very kind and explained everything and gave me some discounts. I’ll stick with them. It’s so important that you feel like they are being honest especially to a Women. Trust me I almost been tricked by other places. Jiffy Lube on Pearman Dairy. My gut tells me they are honest

I set up an appointment for an alignment and they got me in right away. They serviced my car in a very timely fashion and I was very pleased with the results. They are reliable and a good company to do business with if your car needs any type of basic maintenance.

I really appreciated the respect and customer service skills the gentlemen had showed during our visit. They were fast, efficient and and extremely cost effective. They understood my needs and got done what needed to be done. I appreciate their dedication and effort they put into getting my needs accomplished and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their oil changed plus more. I'm glad we chose them because we even got to stay in the car while they got the job done!! Will definitely be coming back.

Went in to get my oil changed & filters. They did a good job however while I was driving from SC to PA my check engine light came on. I made it to PA where I took it to my mechanic & was shown that my filter was not screwed back on at all which caused air to get in which caused the check engine light… luckily that was something minor but you guys should be more careful & take double steps when finishing a job. That could’ve been a whole lot worse.

Stopped by Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed in my 2001 Ford Ranger! The staff was absolutely amazing! They made sure to protect my seats, floorboards and steering wheel! The service was quick, about 15 minutes! I had absolutely no wait time, but I did arrive at 8am! Highly recommend for your oil change needs! Will definitely go back when needed!

Not pleased at all really. Couple things I specifically requested I always believed it was a given with any oil change...it has been anywhere else in the past. That is to top off all other fluids and check air pressure in tires...which in my case would have reset computer allowing me to know where everything stood...hence I'd know "what else"! Unfamiliar with the vehicle since I had just bought it...it really would have been a nice gesture at least and I thought I had made this very clear...never assume even when you make a point of repeating yourself! Would have gladly paid extra to insure it was done but was led to believe absolutely no problem!

I have been a customer,even back when it was Shell before becoming Jiffy Lube. I can honestly say that all the staff are true,professional gentleman. Being a woman sometimes you may feel if someone is suggesting things you don’t need. Well,look no further, they treat you like family! I’m always pleased!

Amazing gentlemen work here and open doors for me. Acknowledge that I was there. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet and pleasant. I have finally found a place where I trust what they tell me is wrong with my car and I don’t feel like since I’m a woman they overcharging.
