As good a job that was done it takes way to long. First time for a oil change and tire rotation took 4 hrs. 2nd time for the same took 2/1/2 hrs. when one doesn't have the resources to drop off and pick up makes it a bit annoying.

Went for an Oil Change on a new 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 and left with a stripped oil pan and a promise to “fix it later”. Worst dealership in the south east. Arrogant service writers who lack professionalism and customer service skills.

My husband and I both have newer Tahoes and have taken them here several times without issue. I have been calling for 3 days attempting to get basic pricing on routine service and nobody has an answer. They either just do scheduling, are an advisor and the price sheet isn’t clear and transfer me again, it’s an automated text service… the list goes on. This should be simple. Customer service is free. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

2023 GMC Serria 1500 Denali 6.2L V8 engine with 31,300 miles blew up . Richard Kay in Anderson SC replaced it with new engine under warranty. Richard Kay service Department kept me informed during the 7 week process, which GM provided me a rental vehicle during this time period .
