Pete's Express Car Wash East Norriton

Paid $22 for the Supreme Shine and Wax service at the East Norriton location and my mirrors and trunk of my car looked like this. No one is waiting at the exit to check the quality of the wash. I drove away not realizing the crappy job they did. Very friendly customer service at the beginning where you pay but they do you dirty when you leave. Won’t be going back.

Came to this place, looking for a easy no bs carwash not only did I get amazing service from Kyle and the rest of the staff.. They easily made me feel like a quick local the kind of thing you expect from places and vibes of Hawaii and Alaska. Mahalo boys.

Pete’s Express Car Wash was Absolutely Great! Kyle provided the most excellent customer service. He Kindly explained that I needed to have all the snow off my car before going through the car wash. I left took care of that and then came back. When I came back through , Kyle insisted that it was complimentary. Pete’s did a terrific job taking care of my car cleaning. I will definitely use again!

It has gotten more expensive to a crazy degree, but the vacuums suck and cars are cleaned quickly and efficiently. Can get a basic clean for $9. Good enough to Wash the salt off your vehicle.

I’m not sure what else to do at this point. My father have been going to this car wash for years was a monthly member for years.. he fell this past, June was in the hospital and had a change in life and had to move in with one of his daughters, my sister he stopped driving and months later, as we have been taking care of his business, we found out that he had been still paying for monthly car washes so I called the company to have them canceled. They told us we had to come down in person which was very difficult because we all live an hour away to cancel. I’ve emailed the company several times. Finally, they did cancel and they keep promising to send a refund tomorrow next week tomorrow I am so disheartened because my father lives on a very fixed income . The fact that he’s one of the most loyal people is so sad because he didn’t use the services for a month and they are not responding at this point or if they do they tell me that they’ll respond tomorrow and never do it’s a shame. So here we are. I’ve given this company several times to respond over six months now and provide a check in the mail from the time he was in the hospital unfortunately now I have to go this route
