Magic Shine Car Wash

I just left, getting the inside and outside package. I re-confirmed twice at time of purchase and again once I was told the vehicle was done, that the package Included vacuuming of the entire car (and suv so the truck area). They did not touch the vehicle with a vacuum at all, Still has piles of dirt from mum shopping, dirt from dog in back sit. Nothing in the vehicle was wiped down etc. All they did was drive it through the automatic car wash outside. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Used to enjoy, have gone here for years and tipped well EVERY time. Today my keys were nowhere to be found but wait they were thrown on the floor for no reason. Very slow today almost no other customers, no reason for bad service at $28 plus a $20 tip

The hours posted on Google maps are wrong. This place closes at 5 pm on weekdays, not 6 pm. The owners should have corrected this. I stopped by at 5:15 and saw several cars trying to enter and then promptly leave. Seems odd to close at 5 pm as this is the perfect time for commuters going home to stop by a car wash.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Absolute clown show operation. No indication the self serve bays were not operational, inserted money and the machine did not work. Other puzzled customers had the same experience. I entered the shop with another gentleman in the same situation and was met by a rude and indifferent attendant who told me “it was my problem” and refused to issue a refund. Buyer beware, this place sucks. Take your business elsewhere.

We brought both our cars this weekend and I feel like they just aren’t doing as well as they used to. 1/2 of my windshield was wiped down, only one side of the inside of the car doors were wiped down. Only one side mirror was wiped. I pard $30+ for each car and it definitely wasn’t worth it. Plus I’m a good tipper. $20 both times. Gonna look for somewhere else to go.
